Spacious Valley Home I Perfect for Families!

Summary:

Welcome to our spacious and modern 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, perfect for groups of up to 16 guests. Our house features modern updates and a fully furnished kitchen, as well as fun amenities such as a foosball table and two comfortable living areas. The outdoor area includes a large fenced in yard for entertaining. Our house is conveniently located near I-90 and the Spokane Valley Mall, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire home and yard. Plenty of parking in our garage, driveway, and along the street.



Getting Around:

-Three minute walk to route 95 bus stop.

-Freeway access is about a minute drive to East and West Bound I-90.

-Silverwood is 33 miles away (43 minutes)

-We are located just two minutes from the Spokane Valley Mall

-13 minutes from downtown Spokane

-24 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene

-18 minutes to Spokane International Airport



Other Things to Note:

The fireplaces in the living room is prohibited from being used.



-This home requires stair travel for to each level being a California split style.

-Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.

-High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 20 guests.

-Basement features family room with foosball and Smart TV.

-Basement bedrooms have none egressed windows.

We are available for normal contact between 8am and 9pm, but always available by phone for emergencies.

This property worked great for our family on this trip. However, we did not do as much cooking as we usually do on family meetings. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more supplies in the kitchen, such as paper towels, plastic wrap, and kitchen garbage bags.

Great house for family gathering

The inside of the house was spotlessly clean, but the back deck needs tending to. While it is on a busy road, the house is quiet and tranquil. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Clean well proportioned house with everything you need for a big family. Neighborhood is clean with many well cared for homes. Near a relatively busy street, but ample parking and privacy available. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
