Villa Milano is a spacious holiday home in peaceful Cerros del Águila, Las Lagunas de Mijas, for up to eight guests, with mountain and countryside views.



Four spacious bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with toilet. The villa offers two fully equipped kitchens and generous living areas. On the pool level, a stylish kitchen opens directly onto the pool area, alongside a separate TV room and an additional shower and toilet.



Enjoy a private pool, garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, and space for outdoor dining and relaxing.



Guests also have access to the Cerros del Águila communal pool area, about a 10-minute walk away, with access-card entry and a tennis court.



Cerrado del Águila Golf & Resort is a few minutes away by car. Mijas Golf, Chaparral Golf, and Santana Golf are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car.



Gran Parque de Mijas is approximately 5–10 minutes away by car, with walking and cycling paths, play areas, water-play facilities, and sports activities.



Miramar Shopping Centre is approximately 7–10 minutes away by car, with shops, a large supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, and family activities. Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, and several beaches are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car.
