The apartment welcomes you on the first floor with a cozy living room and an adjoining open kitchen. Here, you can brew fresh coffee using the drip coffee maker, which you can then enjoy on the terrace under a parasol while breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and features a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a fully equipped bathroom with a floor-level walk-in shower and cozy underfloor heating. A staircase leads to the lower level, which features a private sauna for cold winter evenings. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, as well as another bedroom—also furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you. You can store your bicycles in a lockable communal bike storage room.
