This lovely Northside home sits on a small quiet airport with gorgeous views of Mt. Spokane. Just minutes from downtown Spokane, just off Hwy 2 and the North Division Y.
Watch the local planes take off and land from the front yard swing and then end your day watching the sunset on the large back patio while BBQing.
The Large master suite has a queen bed and walk in closet with new carpet. The master bathroom has new flooring, a garden tub, walk in shower and double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Second bathroom is located just off the second bedroom and has a shower/tub and a nice large single vanity. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed with two sets of dressers. A twin bed can be found in a cubby in the laudryroom, perfect for a young child. The beds are brand new, firm and high quality. The linens are also new.
This property is close to civilization but feels remote. During your visit you will see wildlife like deer, quail and wild turkeys. Aviator Dreams is a open spaceous floor plan much like the property it sits on.

Very nice, comfortable house.
The house is very nice. Clean. Easy to find. Lots of room outside. We enjoyed our stay.
Nice house, but no hot water, and we were cold our entire the entire time
We enjoyed the house, but according to the book that has all rules about the house, in there, it says not to turn the thermostat above 70°, or you will forfeit your deposit. So we didn't and luckily we all bought extra layers, as we needed them. Not once in the two nights, could we get a hot shower or enough hot water to fill the nice soaking tub that was in the master. Really bummed
As I explained in the email you sent AFTER checkout, if you would have called or texted me while in the house I would have told you that turning up the heat could have been done and not effect your deposit. There was one time that I had to stop by the house to get something and the thermostat was set to 80 and everyone was in shorts and t-shirts, the 5 minutes I was there I was in a sweat with jeans and a long sleeve shirt. This happened in March the 1st year of renting the place, and the old thermostat was not programmable so needless to say the house set at 80 degrees for over a week caused for a huge electric bill.
I stayed at the house right after your checkout and have checked the thermostat. The house set at 70 is very warm. I also checked the hot water, and as I explained it does take some time as the pipes are cooper, but again we had plenty of hot water durring our 3 day stay, however I did not take a bath so not sure what the final temp of that garden tub may have been. (However that tub would use most of the hot water in the hot water tank alone.)
I will end by saying that you did receive your full deposit back, though the shape you left the house in was questionable. Everything that needed attention to was covered under the pet fees, so I did not feel the need to keep any part of the deposit. I will not go into the details on this public forum to save from embarrassment. But extra time cleaning was needed along with professional carpet cleaning.
Peaceful and easy.
We enjoyed our stay at Aviator dreams in April. The house is easy to find and a wonderful peaceful location. The house is spotless and the Hostess follows up on any needs very fast. We love the location next to a small airport as well as next to Spokane and many running trails. Thank you for an easy play to call Home away from home!
Really like a home away form home
This unique home was the perfect place for our stay in Spokane. We ended up as a party of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and were very comfortable here. The location is easy to get to/from being close to all amenities, yet secluded enough for privacy. It was set up and stocked well enough that one of our sons-in-law was able to make a wonderful brunch for some of the other members of our family that were also traveling to Spokane.
This was the second time staying at this property and it was still a great place. We definitely would stay here again if we were to come back to Spokane.
Wonderful place to stay, the home was spotless and with a beautiful open view.
We stayed at Aviator Dream for 4 nights. The home was open and spacious with a great view of the countryside. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to find everything. We felt at home and comfortable. The small planes were fun to watch from the airport next to the house. What a great history attached to a wonderful warm home! We plan on returning each time we visit Spokane.
Pilots can fly their own planes into Aviator Dreams' own airport. Please contact owners for more information if needed.
