Located in Madonna delle Grazie, Villa La Tesa provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an additional toilet, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning (in the living room only), and a washing machine. The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



The above-ground pool (5x3 meters, 1.20 meters deep) is available for your exclusive use in July, August, and September. The property is close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance. Chiancamasitto Beach, Punta Rossa Beach, Mattinata coastline, Gargano shopping center, and the beaches of Manfredonia and Siponto are all easily accessible. There is also a bus stop nearby.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Straße, sauber umzäunt, mit Sichtschutz, funktionell ( fehlt etwas an Gläser) Der Gastgeber war sehr nett aber auch sehr eilig….. Schwimmbad nicht gesäubert, pumpe aus, plane nicht abgenommen ,Klimaanlage nicht angeschaltet, und sprach leider auch kein englisch….Ansonsten aber weiterzuempfehlenWir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht

Maison située au pied du plateau de Monte Sant'Angelo dont l'inconvénient majeur tient à son système d'alimentation en eau : alimentation via une pompe électrique que j'ai dû réactiver à deux reprises en trois jours (heureusement que notre hôte m'avait montré comment faire) et absence de pression pour prendre une douche, ce qui est assez désagréable. Hôte sympathique, présent à l'accueil, et enclin à donner satisfaction à ses voyageurs de passage. S'il n'y avait eu ce souci de l'alimentation en eau, séjour agréable.
