The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet still quiet and relaxing. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, and having comfortable living space made it easy to unwind after a day out.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and the overall experience seamless. This was a great spot for a family getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Thanks so much. You are bay beachfront with the best views.... turn to the right there's the ocean. Cross one street to access. Restaurants and shops plentiful. OH and the park is right in front. Marina Park with kids play ground and The Lighthouse Cafe (tall lighthouse) that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Thanks for staying with us. Hope you can return often.

Thank you. Glad you were happy with our Casa. We con control a lot of things..unfortunately...not the weather. BUT you had one of the few vacation rentals ion Newport that has a covered courtyard with an outdoor heater. We hope you can return when the weather is warm and sunny...which is typical.

This is a nice location, close to the 101 and Orange County, but quiet and removed from the business of the area.

A great spot

Location was great. Nice view of the water from the second floor porch, easy walk to the beach. About a 20 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Garage was tight but fit our rental SUV. A great place!

Thanks for your 5 star review. We appreciate it. I'm not sure what restaurants you were visiting, but many are within a couple of minutes walk from the Casa's. Just a few a couple of beach blocks away: Charlie's Chili, Dory Deli, Flying Fish, Sharkeys' Mutt Lynch's, Shorebird, Crab Cooker, Thai, Woody's Wharf, Il Faro Italian, and ON OUR BEACH in front... the LightHouse Cafe (tall lighthouse in the pics). A bit further (not 20 minutes) is El Ranchito, The Porch, Blue Water Grill, The Cannery. There's a TON of restaurants...but these are a super easy walk away...and during the summer you can catch the Woody Shuttle to others further. Thanks again!!

Excellent location for relaxing beach stay. Property was well maintained and very clean. Pam was excellent host always responsive and available to answer questions. Across the street from family beach and short walk to surf beach and restaurants.

Great relaxing trip

6 adults 2 kids stayed in this house. Great location to beaches and restaurants with night life. The house was plenty big, clean, and had everything we needed even beach chairs and toys. We would definately rent again. Big deck with views of the marina and beach.

Beautiful spot!

We had a lovely time at this property! The location is absolutely perfect because you don’t get the loud crowds from the coastline but you are close enough to beach and the advantage of the marina, which also has a calm beach where we paddle boarded and walked. Even our golden retriever Bear had a great time! Highly recommend!

Great place for a family getaway

This condo is perfect if you are traveling with small children. Walking distance to most attractions, restaurants etc. if you find a convenient, free place to park - don’t move your car! Parking is at a premium in New Port so add the parking fees to your vacation budget, just in case you have trouble finding a spot.

Family Fun

What a great place to stay! We were on a family vacation with 3 generations. We loved the location-we watched the boats coming and going in the harbor from our porch, walked to restaurants and shops, and swam in the ocean. Disneyland was about a 30 minute drive. The property was very well stocked with beach chairs, towels, kitchen appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect view of the bay. The furniture was very comfortable and clean. It’s only a 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had pets with us and it’s very pet friendly everywhere around us. There’s a park with a playground for kids but there’s also a grassy area for dogs. I would recommend it to anyone.
