With an area of 48 m², the apartment is a welcoming home for up to two people. The well-designed floor plan includes a bedroom with a cosy double bed and a bright, airy living area that opens onto the kitchen. The large window front lets in plenty of natural light and offers a relaxing view of the surroundings. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining area—ideal for social evenings or quiet moments of relaxation.
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. These include a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker, to name just a few of the practical appliances. Here, you can whip up even elaborate meals while enjoying the inviting atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the underfloor heating and the open floor plan.
A special feature of this apartment is the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers you a wonderful place to enjoy the fresh sea air or wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine.

Rex Rugia Beach Resort, Building 17, in the Baltic Sea resort town of Lobbe, is nestled within an approximately 85,000 m² park-like grounds with expansive green spaces. The building, newly constructed in 2025 in the North German style, blends harmoniously into the quiet, natural surroundings.

House 17 features modern and comfortably furnished apartments with two, three, or four rooms. All units feature a balcony or terrace, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing stay near the Baltic Sea.

From April through the end of October, beach chairs are available right on the beach and can be reserved—subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please note that only a limited number are available.

The unspoiled, fine-sand beach stretches for about ten kilometres from Göhren to Thiessow. House 17 is located almost exactly in the middle of this stretch of coastline. A narrow, wooded belt of dunes separates the house from the beach, which is easily accessible via a wide footpath.

Its location in the heart of Mönchgut makes House 17 an ideal starting point for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Gentle hills, vast meadows, sheltered Bodden landscapes, and well-maintained hiking and biking trails characterise this particularly unspoiled region of the island of Rügen. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, wide-open spaces, and an authentic island atmosphere.
