The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the rear can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax here in peace. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10–15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a variety of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.

A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15–June 15): Guests have free access to a small wellness area in the building, featuring two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room. The saunas are available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This modern 2-room apartment measures 55 square metres and is located on the 2nd floor of the Strandresidenz, which was newly built in 2018. The apartment is suitable for 2–4 people. The living area features a comfortable sofa set with a sleep function (sleeping surface: 1.50 m x 1.90 m), a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for shared meals. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and more, is also open-concept and integrated into the living area. From both the living area and the bedroom, you can access the south-facing covered balcony, which promises plenty of sunshine. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a real glass partition and a sink/toilet.
