Then Sonnenschein Villa—a cosy Bavarian house in the Tuscan style—is exactly what you need. It sleeps 5 people.
A Mediterranean-style courtyard, beautiful garden paths, a large terrace with a sea view for breakfast at sunrise, a cosy gazebo for dinner at sunset, and a sunny dining room for fall and winter.
Everything you need to enjoy the warmth and light from sunrise to sunset.
The house features two bedrooms with large beds, a cosy living room with two sofas and a sleeper sofa, a fireplace, satellite TV, and internet.
Air conditioning is installed in one bedroom and the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary modern appliances: an electric stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, a good coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and tableware for both everyday use and special occasions.
The house has a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, as well as an additional guest bathroom. There is an utility room with a washing machine and a cosy, spacious hallway.
It’s in a truly quiet location, yet only a 5–10-minute drive from beautiful beaches, shops, cafés, and restaurants in Charokopio and Koroni.

That was exactly what we were expecting, and even better! This house is a little piece of heaven, in the middle of olive, fig and lemon trees. The host, Anna, is very nice and responsive. If you want a true experience of Peloponnese, this the place to stay. Also, you won't be far from many beaches (Perougia is our favorite) and from nice places like Koroni, Methoni, Pylos. I definitely recommend it!

Unsere Reise im Sommer 2026 war wunderbar! Dies lag natürlich an der vielfältigen Region, welche viele verschiedenen Ausflugsziele und Strände bietet, besonders aber auch an dem schönen Haus mit seiner tollen Lage und dem hübschen Garten. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und in toller Landschaft (mit Meerblick!), es ist sehr sauber, funktional und sehr umfangreich eingerichtet, das WLAN und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut, die Bäder und Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders zu loben ist die sehr zuverlässige, freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Anna, die wirklich immer und sehr schnell antwortet und mit Tipps zur Seite steht. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns auch sehr für die netten Aufmerksamkeiten bedanken, die Anna uns zur Anreise in den Kühlschrank und die Küchenschränke gestellt hat! Insgesamt 5 Sterne und volle Empfehlung!

Mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Zeer goede communicatie met verhuurder. Wij zijn hier tien dagen zeer aangenaam geweest. Alles voortreffelijk behalve dat het huis moeilijk te bereiken is. Via een zeer afgelegen pad. Voor de rest alleen maar zeer positief over ons verblijf. groeten Jan en Lysbeth

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und allem was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sprechen Deutsch.Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und einen großen Balkon. Die Unterkunft ist schon besonders gut. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Zwei Mankos, für die Gastgeber aber nichts können. Die Zuwegung zum Haus ist sehr schlecht. Keinesfalls einen Mini Mietwagen nehmen. Mit dem Fabia, den wir hatten ging es so grade gut, ohne aufzukommen. Nachts bellen sehr viele Hunde. Die Schakale melden sich allerdings nur kurz am Abend und sind dann ruhig.
