The charming Casa Sant'Elia vacation complex, featuring a total of 4 cozy vacation apartments, is located in the idyllic medieval village of Bale—just 12 km from the charming town of Rovinj, also known as the “Pearl of Istria.” The centerpiece of the resort is the spacious pool (5 x 10 m), which is nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden featuring fragrant herbs, comfortable sun loungers, stylish patio furniture, and a barbecue area with a spacious lounge area. The pool is available from approximately mid-May to approximately mid-September.
The 45 m² “Strand” vacation apartment features a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The living room also includes a sofa bed for two additional guests. A private terrace surrounded by greenery is also part of the apartment and is perfect for relaxing. The historic old town of Bale, with its cozy restaurants, bars, and small shops, is just a five-minute walk away. The stunning beaches of San Polo and Colone are only a few minutes away by bike or car.
