Das Haus hält leider nicht was die Präsentation im Netz verspricht. Zuerst das Positive: Der erste Stock ist relativ modern eingerichtet und die Betten sind gut. Damit ist das Positive leider auch schon erschöpft. Die Fotos spiegeln den tatsächlichen Zustand des Erdgeschosses leider nicht wider. Der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist recht klein und stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spärlich und zusammen gewürfelt. Wer z.b. einen Kuchen backen möchte wird einen Mixer, eine Kuchenform oder einen Tortenheber vergeblich suchen. Der Kühlschrank ist recht klein und der Backofen müsste dringend mal grundgereinigt werden. Die Küchenmöbel sind teilweise defekt, hier soll laut Eigentümer jedoch demnächst eine neue eingebaut werden, zukünftige Mieter dürfen gespannt sein.... Die Regulierung der Wassertemperatur ist reine Glückssache und das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist zwar schön anzusehen aber völlig unpraktisch da das Wasser nicht gestaut werden kann. Um die Wassertemperatur hier regulieren zu können müssen beide Wasserhähne heisst geöffnet werden damit man bei einem die Temperatur regeln kann. Wir können das Haus in dem aktuellen Zustand leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
