Street parking is available on a shared basis. Pets are allowed for an extra fee, depending on size. Events and parties are not permitted. Please note, the building does not have an elevator; access to the third-floor studio is via stairs only and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.



Enjoy the famous Las Palmas Carnival, local festivals, and events throughout the year, as well as water sports at the nearby beach. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. to respect neighbors.

Un precioso estudio, magnífica ubicación, nos recibieron muy bien.

Pros: Nos encantó el apartamento estudio, estaba céntrico, nada más salir teníamos al lado la playa de las canteras y el parque Santa Catalina. Nos recibieron muy bien informándonos de lugares de interés y recomendaciones. Recomiendo esta estancia y a los anfitriones.
