Luxury Townhome In The Heart Of Downtown New Buffalo

Come relax at our beach retreat conveniently located right in the center of town in New Buffalo, Michigan. Enjoy the views from several decks and balconies! This townhome is centrally located and is just steps to several of the best restaurants and shops in the area. Relax at the beach which is right down the street or enjoy a swim in the heated association POOL which is just steps from the townhome!

This newly furnished townhome has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, including a master suite with king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a mounted tv with cable, and the townhome includes Wi-Fi.
The family room is equipped with a 55' HDTV/DVD and is adjacent to the main dining area. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything that you need to enjoy your stay. A Charbroil gas grill is located on one of the decks for all of your grilling needs.

There are plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy your meals, morning coffee or favorite beverage, read a book or simply relax and enjoy the scenery...these areas include a screened in porch in front overlooking the town, a huge rooftop terrace with lake views, a rear deck, and 2 balconies off the master suite and the second bedroom.

Walk to several RESTAURANTS in New Buffalo including The Stray Dog Bar & Grill, Brewsters Italian, Casey's Bar & Grill, Bentwood Tavern, El Rancho Grande Mexican, Redamak's and David’s Bakery. There are many other restaurants also in the area only a short drive away.

SHOPS and other ATTRACTIONS include The Clipper Ship Gallery, Whittaker House, Michigan Thyme & Cafe, the Sailor's Wife, Third Coast Surf Shop, Outpost Sports, Block Fine Art's Gallery, Oink's Ice Cream, South Bend Chocolate Company, Harbor Country Day Spa, Gold's Gym, Lighthouse Outlet Mall (Michigan City) and Whittaker Woods Golf Course.

Convenient, spacious, with great communication

Check in was easy, check out chores were an bit extensive. Location was amazing, views were beautiful, the condo was spacious and perfect for our girls trip. The host was very communicative. The kitchen sink not draining properly and not having a disposal was kinda gross… We easily made do because otherwise it was a perfect spot!

The condo is in the perfect location and access to the pool was great for the kids. The property manager has great communication and was super nice! We enjoyed the stay. The screened in porch and top deck are amazing!

Fun Weekend!

Great weekend getaway!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The place was perfect for our family and well maintained. Downtown New Buffalo Getaway

We had an incredible stay at Carrie and Dougs property. Property was clean with lots of amenities. Great communication with the owners. It was perfect for our family of 5 - allowed everyone to have more than enough space. Perfectly located right in downtown New Buffalo. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

Relaxing in New Buffalo

My family and I enjoyed our long weekend in New Buffalo. A big part of that was having a spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay. After a day’s activities, it was nice to head up to the rooftop to enjoy a drink and watch a beautiful sunset. I would return to this property.

Great Location

We loved the location. It was so convenient. You can walk to restaurants, the beach, town, the train station where there were shuttles to the casino. The property was as advertised. The rooftop deck and screened in porch were our favorite places to relax, unwind and watch the sunset.

Excellent long weekend getaway. Everything is within 5 minute walk. Condo is in great shape. Kids loved the pool. Screened in porch was great for relaxing. Lots of stairs is only potential drawback for anyone who may have an issue with the up and down of 3 stories. We'll be back for sure.

Relaxing end so summer

The property lived up to expectations based on the photos and description provided in the listing and then some. The house was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. It is also just a block from Barney’s so shopping was very easy. Also a nice walk to the beach! Carrie was very responsive to our few questions, but the materials she provided answered most of them. Definitely would recommend.

Great New Buffalo rental!

We stayed a week at this rental located near the downtown area of New Buffalo. The location can’t be beat. We were within walking distance to the main shopping area. Grocery, ,window shopping, and restaurants are just a short stroll away. Don’t forget the beach which is just over the bridge! Train stop for trains coming from Chicago is just a couple blocks away. Very convenient for a short weekend stay! The unit is well appointed, updated, and clean. The owner is very nice to work with before and during your vacation stay. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

Lovely condo

Beautiful condo in the heart of New Buffalo. We loved the town and our stay, but the attention to detail was not there as far as cleanliness. Cob webs in corners up high, and down by baseboards. White baseboards very dirty in places. Ceiling fans and tvs had not been dusted.

Fabulous Beach Vacation Home

This townhome was a fabulous find in New Buffalo. The unit is even better than the photos indicate. It is fabulously furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, and outdoor furniture. The beds have outstanding mattresses and great linens. The unit is beautifully decorated and appointed and sits in a fabulous location. It is 1/2 block from the association pool which is wonderfully maintained and has ample seating. We used it everyday. It is an 8 minute walk to beautiful New Buffalo Beach, 1 block from Barney's grocery (which is like a smaller Whole Foods, and 1 or 2 blocks to many great restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend Stray Dog, Brewsters, Caseys, Bentwood Tavern, and the Terrace Room. The townhome has HD TVs in every bedroom and the living room. The screened in deck off the living room is huge, comfortably furnished, and has outdoor speakers. The other 4 decks are very comfortably furnished and provide wonderful outdoor spaces for dining and cocktails. The view from the spacious rooftop deck is amazing, especially at dusk. The unit is very well equipped from kitchen, to baths, to the laundry. The owners provide everything needed to feel right at home. Your vacation starts the moment you walk through the door. Carrie is a wonderful owner and host and is very responsive to all questions. We can't wait to book again next summer!

We are from the suburbs just outside of Chicago, IL where we were born and raised. We started visiting New Buffalo about 8 years ago with family and simply fell in love with the area. New Buffalo has always felt like a true get away for us and holds a special place in our hearts. We were blessed in 2013 when we were able to purchase our townhome.

Why they chose this property

We chose this townhome due to its location. We rarely drive when are there and instead choose to walk everywhere. We love walking to the bakery in the morning for fresh baked goods, then a walk on the beach and we spend quite a bit of time boating on the lake. The convenience and the relaxed vibe of New Buffalo is what makes it so special for us.
