Located in the charming fishing village of Santa Luzia, known as the octopus capital, this comfortable one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Just a 5-minute walk from the ferry to Terra Estreita Beach and about 5 minutes by car from Barril Beach and Pedras d'El Rei.



You’ll be close to local restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood on terraces overlooking the Ria Formosa. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children).



There is one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. The living room has air conditioning, and there’s a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, you’ll find a table and chairs for 4—perfect for dining al fresco—as well as a shared pool for relaxing in the sun.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, hand blender, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, water heater, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV with Portuguese and international channels, and internet. A private parking space is available in the garage, with an elevator providing direct access to the ground floor.
