Located in Marina di Tertenia - Abba Urci, this 55 m² villa accommodates up to 6 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third room with a double sofa bed. The villa has a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.



The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, and all essentials for cooking. Air conditioning is available in all rooms and the kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV, and a barbecue are also provided. Step-free access and interiors ensure easy mobility.



Outside, enjoy a private 23 m² garden with a covered terrace—perfect for relaxing while admiring beautiful sea and mountain views. The shared outdoor pool, open from May 15 to October 15 (9:00–13:30 and 16:00–21:00), is available within the property.



Parking is available inside the residence. You may bring a pet during your stay. Events are not permitted. The villa is close to the sea, about 400 meters away, and the beach is easily reached on foot.
