It features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds—plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, TV with Portuguese and international channels, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower.



Enjoy the private balcony with a table and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. You can also relax by the shared outdoor pool. The apartment is close to the beach, just 5 minutes from the ferry to Praia da Terra Estreita and about 5 minutes by car from Praia do Barril and Pedras d’El Rei.



The property offers 1 parking space in a shared garage with direct elevator access to the ground floor, as well as street parking. Events and pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair for babies can be provided on request and subject to availability.
