The holiday village is surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, which you can use and enjoy for a wide range of leisure activities. The detached family home was built in 1977 and last renovated in 2016.
Outside, there is a garden for your sole use with a large terrace. The terrace, which was newly laid in 2016, has everything you need for a cosy get-together, such as a seating area and a charcoal barbecue. A communal car park for a total of ten cars can be reached within 10 metres. Pets are allowed on request.
The approx. 75 m² house is spread over three levels and is ideal for a maximum of six people. You enter the open-plan living/dining area via a hallway, which has a sofa set, a coffee table, a flat screen with Sky TV (all packages), a music system with jack connection and Bluetooth for playing your mobile phone music, a fireplace and an adjoining cosy dining area. A small staircase leads to a gallery where you will find the fitted kitchen with an oven, an electric hob, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and another small seating area. Next to this is a shower room with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a bedroom on the same floor, which is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and from where you have direct access to an adjoining separate toilet room with washbasin and WC. A wooden staircase takes you to the top floor, where there are two further bedrooms. One has a double bed (1.80 m wide) and the other bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 m wide) and its own washbasin. The house has heating, two fans and children's toys. The new large patio cover with dimmable lighting is particularly popular with holiday guests.
In the park and in the immediate vicinity there is a climbing park, a large indoor play paradise, a wellness centre with indoor pool, a sauna, a water slide, a miniature railway, an all-weather toboggan run, a petting zoo, archery facilities, a minigolf course, a skating and bowling alley, football, tennis and basketball courts, as well as various adventure playgrounds. The nearest grocery shop is approx. 400 m away and cafés and restaurants are approx. 600 m away.
Since April 2020, free high-speed internet (50 MBit/s) is available through a newly installed landline connection (with WLAN via FritzBox).
On request, a washing machine, tumble dryer and even a laundry service are available for a fee in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 m).
