Pretty 160m² villa downstairs with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 outdoor kitchen, private swimming pool, mature garden.

There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which overlooks the terrace. 2 WC.

EXTERIOR: Terrace of more than 200 m² with private swimming pool (12m long and 5m wide. Pool exclusively RESERVED FOR RENTAL. It is secured by safety barriers approved for children under 10 years of age.

A small pier is at the bottom of the garden. Possibility of putting a horn more in front of the house (18 € / day).

You can access Capizzolu beach less than 30 m from the house, either by the rocks (2 minutes) or by road 1 minute.

We offer the rental of bathroom linen: € 7 per week and per person, including a large hand towel, a hand towel and a glove.

Bed linen and kitchen linen (tea towels, glove, potholder) are provided.

The outside space is the highlight of this property. There is plenty of shade and a really good sized pool. We enjoyed games of table tennis as well as walking down the steps to the rocks and swimming and snorkelling in the clear waters. The views are stunning and the photos don’t do it justice, the colours change across the day and you just can’t tire of it. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and there is good air conditioning throughout. Georges was responsive to any issues and queries. He lived above the property but there was no issue with this at all for us. Local beaches are great as is the town of Cargèse.

Es war wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll. Zum Haus gehören außerdem sehr viele liebe Katzen. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Urlaub.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Die kurze Kritik vorneweg: seit den Fotos im Inserat ist etwas Zeit vergangen und die Meeresluft hat sichtbar an den Außenanlagen genagt. Aber das ist ja erwartbar. Hier und da müssten in den Badezimmern Kleinigkeiten gerichtet werden. Was man bedenken muss: das eine der vier Schlafzimmer ist tatsächlich fensterlos und innenliegend. Da sollte man vielleicht in der Gruppe vorher klären, wer da rein muss/darf. (Unseren Kindern war das völlig egal. Die haben sich in diesem Zimmer wohlgefühlt und problemlos geschlafen - entgegen jeder Gewohnheit dann halt mit laufender Klimaanlage.)Was bleibt: ein super Urlaubserlebnis, genau wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Unsere Gruppe wollte für diesen Urlaub unbedingt einen direkten Meereszugang. Den haben wir bekommen. Gleich am Grundstück in tolle Riffe losschnorcheln, das Paddelboot oder SUP ins Wasser lassen, oder einfach losschwimmen. Perfekt. Der Strand gegenüber in der kleinen Bucht ist toll und lässt sich problemlos mit dem SUP erreichen oder per kleinem Spaziergang über die Felsen.Ferienwohnung, Pool, Terrasse, Außenküche, Whirlpool - alles ok. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ja, die wohnen oben drin und haben ihr großes Wohnzimmerfenster auf die Terrasse heraus - aber das ist völlig unproblematisch und die Gastgeber sind sehr diskret.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Genau wie beschrieben

Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In drei von vier Zimmern kann man aus dem Bett das Meer sehen. Das vierte Zimmer ist ein gefangener Raum ohne Fenster. Der Whirlpool ist permanent beheizt und kann jederzeit genutzt werden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und doch angenehm diskret. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert!angenehmdirekterfreundlihilfsbereit

Traumhafte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten das Apartment für einen Zeitraum von 14 Tagen gemietet und waren mit 6 Personen dort. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft direkt am Meer. Man sitzt morgens auf der Terrasse und schaut den Wellen zu. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren sauber und hatten eine super Wasserqualität. Die Außenküche beinhaltet ein Waschbecken mit kalt Wasser, einen Kühlschrank und einen Holzkohle Grill den wir oft benutzt haben. Man konnte die Einkäufe zum grillen direkt im Kühlschrank lagern. Für uns eines der Highlight war die Tischtennisplatte. Den Whirlpool haben wir oft abends genutzt und es ist einfach toll in 37 Grad warmen Wasser zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Unser Gastgeber George war wunderbar. Wenn wir ein Problem hatte (z.B ging das Desinfektionsmittle vom Pool aus) hat er sich sofort drum gekümmert und auf Nachrichten, hat er sofort reagiert. Wir haben unsere Kommunikation immer mit Hilfe von Google Translate gemacht, das ging sehr gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Gläsern, Tellern und Besteck. Der Induktionsherd und das Topf und Pfannen System waren super. Auch der Kühlschrank in der Küche war eine Bereicherung da er eine Eismaschine integriert hatte. Das einzige was ich mir noch gewünscht hätte wäre ein großer Krug gewesen um Wasser mit Sirup zu mischen. Ich habe das Haus in meine Favoriten gespeichert und wir werde werden bestimmt noch mal dort hin fahren.

Villa très confortable avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et ont répondu à toutes nos attentes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La villa est très confortable avec un extérieur fantastique (grande piscine très propre, cuisine d'été, grande terrasse, grand jaccuzzi, ...). Et la vue est vraiment magnifique ! On peut également accéder à la mer grâce à un accès direct ! Je recommande grandement !

Un endroit exceptionnel

le site est merveilleux et très calme, la mer est à quelques mètres de la maison par un accès privé. Très belle terrasse avec piscine, jacuzzi, cuisine extérieure, salon de jardin, bref le rêve. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très arrangeants. Un très bon séjour.

Endroit magnifique les pieds dans l'eau

L'endroit et le cadre sont magnifiques, même mieux que sur les photos. La pergola est vraiment un plus. L'accès à la mer est vraiment facile, juste quelques marches à descendre. Très bon séjour. A refaire.

Très belle maison

Séjour agréable, belle maison avec une très belle vue et lieu calme. Les propriétaires habitent au dessus mais on les voit pas, ils sont discret et sympas. On pouvait profiter de l extérieur sans restriction d’heures. Une table de Ping Ping est à disposition. On a apprécié de pouvoir en profiter mais les lumières extérieur s’éteignent automatiquement vers 00h30 mais après ont finissaient la fin de soirée sous le grand abri en bois. Seul bémol mais indépendant du propriétaire le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas bien mais ce dernier a fait appel à un pisciniste qui n a pas pu venir avant la fin du séjour ( jet ok mais bulle quasi inexistante ) donc on s’en ai servie qu une fois quel dommage car il est très grand et offre une belle vue. Très belle piscine et propre à votre arrivée, cependant le propriétaire a commandé un robot qui n a pas été livré dans les temps donc pas nettoyage possible pendant le reste de la semaine. Un Autre bémol: pas de sèche cheveux et manque des produits d entretien à disposition pour faire un peu de nettoyage pour le premier jour (éponge produit vaisselle … ) 4 chambres spacieuses et la chambres sans fenêtre n est pas un soucis car elle est aussi climatisée et bien décorée. notre hôte été réactif à tous nos messages et nous a rendu service sans soucis. Nous avons passé de bonne vacances en Corse.

Traum Location incl. Meeresrauschen

Georges ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Immer bemüht um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste und wenn man Ihn braucht ist er sofort zur Hilfe. Wir schätzen ihn und seine Frau sehr. Auch unser Hund konnte sich mehr als wohl fühlen. Er konnte uneingeschränkt auf dem ganzen Areal stöbern und genoss überall die Korsische Hundeliebe. Das Haus und vor allem die Aussenanlagen liessen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Der Poolbereich mit dem grossem schattenspendenden Pavillon ist traumhaft. zudem eine Aussenküche (praktisch v.a. für sie Kaltgetränke und das Eis für die Kinder) und natürlich den riesigen Whirlpool. Die Lage ist natürlich der Wahnsinn, immer mit Blick aufs Meer. Man geht 20m und dann ein paar Stufen zum Meerzugang. Perfekt um gleich loszuschnorcheln in glasklare Wasser. Der Naturstrand ist 150m weg. Man kann direkt hinschnorcheln oder schwimmen oder aussen herum über die Strasse zu Fuss gehen. Der Strand ist schön aber vermutlich wird hier nicht das Seegras beseitigt, ist eben ein Naturstrand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist umfangreich. Toll ist der Eisspender mit Filter und Festwasser Anschluss. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt und die Geräte sind gut. Georges hat das Haus nun deutlich erweitert. Es ist eine tolle Location wenn man mit einer großen Familie oder Freunden dort seinen Urlaub genießen will. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Cargese oder Sagone. Nicht sehr preiswert dort aber es gibt alles was man braucht. Wenn man ma nicht selbst kochen will: Wir fanden die Pizzeria A.Paolina, 2km südlich am Strand sensationell. Kurzum 5 Sterne für das Ganze inklusive Meeresrauschen.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön, direkt am Meer. Man man direkt los und zum Beispiel Schnorcheln. Der Pool ist riesig und der Außenbereich toll! Es gibt einen großen Essplatz, Außengrill und Kühlschrank sowie Liegestühle und einen Lounge Bereich. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im schönen Örtchen Cargèse, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Vue exceptionnel

La villa est conforme à la description. Cuisine d'été bien équipé, une vue sur la mer depuis la piscine assez exceptionnel, accès direct à la mer. La région est magnifique. Quelques problèmes techniques au niveau du SPA, sinon sans cela tout était parfait. Adresse recommandé.

Ottima posizione piscina e giardino bellissimo. Consigliatissima.

Posizione molto bella anche se isolata, parte esterna della villa stupenda con piscina vasca idro e molto spazio a disposizione, scaletta per accedere al mare tutto molto bello. Il locale cucina e sala bello, un po meno le camere ma tanto ci si va solo per dormire. consigliatissima.

Sehr sympathische Vermieter; exzellente Lage; direkter Zugang zum Meer; Sandstrand in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar; grosses Wohnzimmer; sehr sauber. Was will man mehr um perfekte Erholung zu geniessen. Villa très propre; pieds dans l'eau; locateur sympathic; nous avons eu des très bonnes vacances.

Vacances paradisiaques

Voici plusieurs années que nous souhaitions réunir tous nos enfants pour de belles vacances. Notre choix s'était porté sur cette villa et nous ne le regrettons pas. La région est magnifique et le site, superbe. La villa est spacieuse, bien arrangée et propre. Il ne manque rien . La cuisine extérieure est très appréciable, nous avons d'ailleurs pris tous nos repas. Avec la piscine, le jaccuzi et la mer en bas de la villa, que demander de plus.... Le point fort de cette maison, la vue sur la mer : un cadre idyllique ! Déjeuner tout en regardant la mer, c'était EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion, nous étions comme chez nous. Merci aussi pour les bons oeufs qui ont fait plaisir à notre petite fille entre autres. Sans hésiter, nous recommandons cette location où nous espérons revenir d'ici quelques années.
