Welcome to House 12—your very own personal haven in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. Surrounded by rolling hills, green forests, and just 30 meters from the lake, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, as well as an atmosphere that instantly helps you unwind.

This spacious, detached vacation home, with 150 m² of living space, is idyllically located in Arrach am Hohen Bogen and offers plenty of room for relaxation, quality time together, and unforgettable vacation moments. Whether it’s a sunrise over the mountains or relaxing evenings on the balcony or terrace—a vacation here just feels right.

The house consists of two lovingly furnished apartments (upstairs and downstairs), which can also be booked separately. Together, they can accommodate up to ten people and are perfect for families, couples, or friends who want to travel together. Large windows flood the living spaces with light and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to spend cozy hours, enjoy long conversations, and share meals together.

Four comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities, a balcony, and a terrace provide the ideal setting for relaxation and comfort. Wi-Fi and parking spaces right next to the house are, of course, included.

Please note that bed linens can be booked as an optional extra (however, the beds will not be made if you choose this option), and you must bring your own towels.

- Großer Arber (1,456 m) – about 20 km away, the highest and most famous ski resort in the Bavarian Forest
