"Son Sellart" is a beautiful, tranquil villa set in 14,000 m² of Mediterranean gardens, creating a peaceful, fairytale-like atmosphere. The natural stone façade of the villa is reflected in the terraces, walls and steps of the garden and blends seamlessly into the lush surroundings. The property has a large infinity pool with a shallow area for children, surrounded by a spacious pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The outdoor shower and the small pool bath are very practical extras. A modern covered pavilion and several cosy seating areas invite you to linger.







Inside, the villa combines elegance with comfort and features natural stone walls, a large sofa area and a brick fireplace for cooler months. The dining area leads into a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and is family friendly.



Situated in a tranquil setting with lush plant life, "Son Sellart" offers a perfect retreat for families and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and two babies. Ideal for those looking for a mix of luxury and tranquillity.



The stunning finca "Son Sellart" is located in a spectacular secluded and panoramic position in the east of Mallorca. Despite the absolutely quiet location, you can still quickly reach several supermarkets (in Manacor and Sant Llorenc) as well as numerous beautiful sandy coves. These are the "Calas de Mallorca", a total of 18 beaches along the east coast of Mallorca, which are characterised by fine-grained sand and gentle slopes, some of which are completely unspoilt.
