Located in Cala Mendia, Villa Sion is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nearby sea. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.

The sunny private outdoor area with mountain views boasts a balcony, a partly covered terrace with a dining area, a lounge area and a barbecue, as well as a pool with deck chairs.

A supermarket, cafés and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk (350-500m), and the beach Platja Cala Mandia can be reached on foot after 12 minutes (1km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are both within 60 minutes by car from the property.

Die Finca ist genau so wie beschrieben: Vor allem der Aussenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Perfekt zum grillen und schwimmen im Pool, der größer war als erwartet.Check-In & Out sowie der allgemeine Kontakt mit Pedro waren super nett und problemlos.

Tolle Lage ,Geschäfte ,Restaurants und 3 Strände sind in der Nähe

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön,sauber ,hat ein super Pool,perfecte Lokalisation. Gastgeber ist sehr net und sehr freundlich.War echt super Urlaub.

Ideal für ein Urlaub mit Freunden.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde sogar ein Korb mit Obst hingestellt. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und waren schnell am Strand. Der Pool war toll! Cons: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe haben das Wichtigste. Wenn man jedoch etwas abwechslungsreicher kochen möchte, ist ein Auto praktisch, da der nächst größere Supermarkt 45min zu Fuß entfernt liegt.

Eine rundum perfekte Woche.

Pros: Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei der ersten Orientierung, gibt wertvolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants. Wir wurden trotz einer Stunde Verspätung abends um halb elf noch sehr freundlich empfangen. An dieser Stellen ein großes Danke an Herrn Querglas. Cons: absolut nichts.
