Car parking is available at the property. Events are not permitted. This property shares a wall with the neighbouring property "Can Siurell", so you may occasionally hear noise from other guests. The numerous extras are what make this villa the perfect place for a family holiday.



The picturesque artists' town of Artà is only 2.2 km away. There you will find various shopping facilities for your daily needs. There are also many nice cafés and good shops. Every Tuesday there is a market worth seeing in the centre of the village, where you can also pick up some great handicrafts. In about 16 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches such as Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere and Canyamel.
