We offer you a bright detached apartment with quality services in a charming and luxurious villa, in an exceptional residential environment. This villa overlooks the stunning panorama of the French Riviera. On the left you can see the village of Cabris, to the front the sea with Cannes and the Lérins islands, on the right the Estérel and the lake of Saint-Cassien. The apartment overlooks the landscaped garden planted with trees and the originally shaped swimming pool that is well-fitted in the setting. During the renovation we have carefully used light and modern colours. We just equipped the property with a remotely controlled gate. For gourmets: you will probably enjoy some restaurants in Cabris! We will be happy to welcome you!

Exceptional Villa

We received a wonderful welcome from Claudie and Vicente who are lovely hosts. The situation of the Villa is outstanding with views far reaching to Cannes from the pool and terrace. The local town of Cabris had lots happening and many very good restaurants. The Gorges around the area are a must to explore as the scenery is very dramatic. This was a truly wonderful stay and a big thank you to Claudie and Vicente for their hospitality.

A visit to remember

The apartment was perfect for two people in search ofpeace and beauty. It was very well appointed and offered, in effect, personal use of a delightful garden and pool with an outstanding view from the local environs down to Cannes and the Med. The centre of Cabris, with its excellent restaurants and bars, is a pleasant 15 minutes stroll away and Grasse a 15 minute drive. Both the pre-Alpes and the coast are an easy drive. Above all the trip was made perfect by the warmth of the welcome from Claudie and Christophe.

What is not to like about this stunning Villa with Breath Taking Panoramic views over the Town, Cannes and the Sea all from the stunning swimming pool and with fantastic hosts. Claudie's English was so much better than our French. Both her and her Husband were charming hosts who allowed us the privacy to enjoy a really relaxing week at their Home. They were Several Restaurants in the town which are within walking distance, Scenic walks within the area and Cannes a 20 minute drive We have never returned to a holiday destination twice but we will be re visiting Claudie and her stunning Villa

Perfection, a dream holiday.

Our second visit to this fabulous property. It is exactly as shown on the website and in a perfect setting with extensive views over to Cannes and good views of the hilltop village of Cabris. We spent most of our time down by the pool under the shade of the olive tree or sun bathing at the other end of the pool. Claudie, who speaks some English, is a perfect host and it was lovely to see her again. She takes good care of the immaculate garden where there is a lovely place to sit for breakfast or evening meals. It is only a 10 minute walk down a country lane into the village where there are places to eat and where you can walk along the cobbled streets to the old castle walls at the top. We can thoroughly recommend a stay here and hope to visit again. Thank you again Claudie.

Very private and relaxing stay with a view

We had a wonderful, romantic and relaxed vacation at Cabris. Great village at walking distance. Go to the Chèvre'd'Or restaurant! Drink wine on the village square, go to the parmis-nous bakery! People are really friendly. We did a 12 km hike every morning to a very beautiful view point. (you can make that a smaller round if 12 km is too much). At driving distance is Cannes, Nice and our favorite town of Antibes. And swim in the Mediterenean or the nearby lake! Great fresh water in 50 shades of beautiful blue. You are the only guests of Mdme Claudie and therefore you have a lof of privacy and you basically have your own pool. From out the pool, you can see Cannes and the mediterenean. Beautiful!!! Madamme Claudie is the sweetest host you'll ever find. The garden is beautiful, the appartment very clean.

Très très content de mon séjour, des l'arrivée Claudie était présente au petit soin.Juste après elle est devenue très discrète pour nous mettre a l'aise sur l’hébergement. La piscine est superbe avec une propreté irréprochable. Merci beaucoup claudie, j'espère qu'on se revira un jour.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und super liebe Vermieterin. Wir hatten dort schöne 1.5 Wochen. Allerdings ist es gut zu wissen, dass dort nicht viel drumherum ist, da es sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Des Weiteren fehlte uns leider in der Küche ein Backofen. Ansonsten super schön und alles vorhanden :)

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Für uns der absolute Traumurlaub. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und in Fotos dargestellt. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Cabris. Eine wunderschöner Ort in einer sehr schönen Lage. Wir haben die Ruhe im Ort, aber noch viel lieber am Pool genossen. Die Aussicht auf Cannes und das Meer oder die Altstadt von Cabris sind einfach nur traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man für 2 Personen benötigt und war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch den großen Kleiderschrank hat man alles was man so dabei hat gut unterbringen können. Auch den Küchenschrank und ein kleiner Schrank unter dem Fernseher konnte man nutzen um Vorräte unterzubringen. Ein sehr große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil war hilfreich bei der Wärme. Im Freien war eine gemütliche Ecke wo man seine Mahlzeiten im Schatten unter einen Baum einnehmen konnte. Aber der Pool war die ganze Zeit das Highlight des ganzen Urlaubs. Wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, haben wir die ganze Zeit am Pool verbracht. Wir hatten diesen ganz alleine für uns. Ganz selten hat auch der Vermieter diesen genutzt. Die Ruhe und der Blick vom Pool aus ins Tal, war einfach nur Traumhaft. Der Poollbereich war sehr gepflegt, das Wasser absolut Klar und wurde täglich vom Vermieter kontrolliert. Zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm und zwei Sessel, es war alles da was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub am Pool braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Objekt nur bestens weiter empfehlen.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die gerne mit Vorschlägen zu Restaurantbesuchen und Ausfügen weiterhilft. Toller Pool mit Blick über die Bucht von Cannes. Besonders schön war es, das große Feuerwerk über Cannes von der Terasse aus zu erleben.

Pool mit gigantischer Aussicht

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Côte d’Azur. Den Pool hatten wir wirklich zur Alleinnutzung. Und der fußläufig erreichbare Ort Cabris hat sehr gute Restaurants. Vielen Dank an unsere tolle Gastgeberin Claudie!

Un petit coin de Paradis

Tout était parfait. L'accueil de Claudie et de son fis Christophe : adorable. La maison merveilleuse dans un superbe jardin, et la vue sur la baie de Cannes incroyable le jour, magique la nuit. Nous avions l'habitude de séjourner à Cabris, pour une fois depuis notre location nous avions la vue sur Cabris. Le village à 10 minutes à pied :une belle balade. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Paradise

A perfect place in the sun. The apartment was a good size, plenty of cupboard space, modern kitchen, ideal for two people. The outside terrace with its pool was lovely, with shaded area and incredible views. Perfect relaxation, we didn't want to leave. All exactly as seen on the web page. Claudie was the ideal host, spoke a little English and really friendly but did not intrude. Sincerely hope we will return one day.

Cabris rummer alt det vi har eftersøgt, gammel lille by på et højdedrag med flere gourmet restauranter. Huset vi boede i, er fuldstændig som billederne beskriver. Det man ikke kan se på billederne, er den ro der er morgen og aften. Huser ligger i gå afstand til byen på en skråning, med en fantastisk udsigt. Så man kan godt nyde lidt alkohol, uden at skulle tænke på at køre hjem. Der er også gode muligheder for selv at kokkerere i det lille køkken, for derefter at spise på terrassen med udsigt ud over dalen med Cannes i baggrunden ude ved Middelhavet. En perle der absolut er et besøg vær.

Quelle chance nous avons eue de passer une semaine dans cette belle demeure au calme à Cabris ! Nous avons pu découvrir les Alpes maritimes en étant très bien conseillés par Claudie la propriétaire aux petits soins et d’une discrétion irréprochable. Nous reviendrons !

Wunderschön und erholsam/Magnifique et reposant

Wir haben 14 herrliche Tage in Cabris, das zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen ist, verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich so schön und gepflegt wie beschrieben und perfekt für entspannte Tage zu zweit. Ein nettes, zweckmäßiges Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und ein liebevoll angelegter Garten mit vielen schönen Details. Traumhaft das morgendliche Frühstück unter dem schattenspendenden Baum mit Blick auf Cabris und die relaxten Nachmittage und Abende am Pool mit Blick auf das Meer, Cannes und das Esterel. Dazwischen blieb uns genug Zeit für Wanderungen in den nahen Bergen (Chime du Cheiron, Pic Aiglo oder auf den Spuren Napoléons nach Escragnolles) und das erfrischende Bad in der Siagne, was deutlich näher und einfacher ist als der Weg ans Meer. Dazu passt, dass die Gastgeber (Madame und Ihr Sohn) sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig sind. Nous avons passé 14 jours merveilleux à Cabris, qui se trouve à dix minutes à pied. Le logement est vraiment aussi beau et bien entretenu que décrit et parfait pour des journées de détente à deux. Un appartement agréable et fonctionnel, bien équipé, et un jardin aménagé avec amour et plein de beaux détails. Le petit déjeuner matinal sous l'arbre ombragé avec vue sur Cabris est un rêve, tout comme les après-midi et les soirées de détente au bord de la piscine avec vue sur la mer, Cannes et l'Estérel. Entre-temps, il nous restait suffisamment de temps pour faire des randonnées dans les montagnes proches (Chime du Cheiron, Pic Aiglo ou sur les traces de Napoléon à Escragnolles) et pour prendre un bain rafraîchissant dans la Siagne, ce qui est nettement plus proche et plus facile que le chemin vers la mer. En plus, les hôtes (Madame et son fils) sont très sympathiques, serviables et aimables.

Genialer Urlaub zu zweit

Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Lage/ Aussicht genial. Im Prinzip hatten wir das gesamte Grundstück und den Pool nur für uns. Vermieterin war ab dem zweiten Tag in Cannes. Ihr Sohn war tagsüber auf der Arbeit. Gerne wieder.

Little piece of paradise

What a beautiful location, the view, the garden we loved it! The start was rocky as Google Maps send us via a very small path up the mountain, go via Cabris and all is fine. You can walk to some nice restaurants, small supermarket, a bakery and don't forget to go to the food atelier. In the advertise it states a BBQ but this was a electrical grill. The appartement is very clean and if we would go back, for the best experience, we would bring some mood lighting. Definitely a recommendation, with the private swimming pool as the cherry on the cake!

Des vacances de rêve ! Ein Traumurlaub!

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans l'appartement de Claudie et Vincent. La réalité a même dépassé nos attentes ! L'emplacement fantastique, la très grande qualité et l'ameublement confortable de l'appartement avec le souci du détail, la propreté absolue... Et d'abord la piscine... On avait l'impression de flotter sur toute la Côte d'Azur. .. Claudie et Vincent sont des hôtes très sympathiques, adorables et chaleureux, très gentils, serviables et pleins de tact ! Bien sûr, nous voulons revenir! Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Claudie und Vincent verbracht. Die Wirklichkeit hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Die fantastische Lage, die sehr hochwertige und komfortable Einrichtung der Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail, absolute Sauberkeit... Und erst der Swimmingpool... Man hatte das Gefühl, man schwebt über ganz Côte d'Azur... Claudie und Vincent sind sehr freundliche, liebenswerte und warmherzige Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und taktvoll! Selbstverständlich möchte wir zurück kommen!
