This charming seafront home is within walking distance from the village of Afissos and a few kilometers away from the city of Volos. The back gate opens directly to the beach of Kalifteri on the Pagasetic Bay. Large balconies and patios offer stunning views of the sea. The total size of this furnished three-story home is about 240 square meters, including large balconies and patios, all overlooking either mountain or sea views.
The estate includes the following on the 1st floor:
one double bedroom with full bathroom and large walk-in closet, two living/sitting room areas with sofas, fireplace, and large-screen TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one small bathroom with shower, one large balcony facing the sea and one smaller balcony facing the mountains and street.
Second floor includes:
three double bedrooms, full bathroom, hallway, very large balcony overlooking the bay, small balcony facing mountains.
Large air conditioner and individual room air conditioners comfortably cool the home.
Screened windows in all rooms to comfortably let in breezes.
Hot water available 24/7 through solar energy.
Property has private parking areas on the side, front, and back and can accommodate as many as 6 vehicles.
Outdoors area may be used for BBQ, dining and lounging. The beach contains bench, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Private, enclosed area next to beach available for sunning and relaxing if desired. Remote-controlled, keyed gate provides security and privacy, restricting accessibility to the property.
Snack bar conveniently located next to the property provides food and drink throughout the evening.

Fantastic holiday

Great place, the location is amazing, the house is comfortable and convenient, and the owner is very kind! The village of Afissos is within walking distance where you can find restaurants, shops. The property is located only few steps from the clear sea beach. It was the perfect place to stay and relax. Pelion is a fantastic destination. We had everything we needed and hope to come back!

Très bonnes prestations avec un accueil et une disponibilité parfaite des propriétaires. La maison est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Sur le même terrain d'autres locations sont possibles et plusieurs familles peuvent se réunir. On peut se rendre sur la plage simplement ...en traversant le jardin. Nous espérons y retourner.

An excellent holiday Residence

We had an excellent stay in this beachfront home. We were two families of 5 and 4 people with young children (the oldest is 9 years old). We were comfortably accommodated as the house is very big and the bedrooms are quite large. The residence was spotless. The location of the house and the residence itself were in reality as described and presented in the website. The owner was very frienldy, always keen to help and provide information for the area, for sightseeing, taverns. He was always there to help if we had any problems in the house. The sandy beach is literally 20 steps away from the residence and is well organised. You don't need to bring any beach equipment with you (umbrellas, sunbeds etc). Additionally the location of the house is strategic. If you have a car you can plan excursions to mountain Pelion and explore the forests, visit wonderful villages with excellent food. The city of Volos is not far away by car (20-25 minute drive). There are also other beaches nearby which are worth visiting. Overall we had a great time, will definitely return.

I have been in love with the area of Pelion my entire life, as it offers both the wonders of the Pelion Mountains and the beauty of pristine waters. Having traveled extensively on my job, I have seen many areas of the world, but still derive the most enjoyment in this little piece of paradise.

I chose this property due to its proximity to both the beach and mountains, and built a comfortable home, I feel, worthy of its beautiful surroundings. The home is surrounded by idyllic villages, lush vegetation and breathtaking beaches. The back door opens to the calm crystal waters of Kalifteri Beach, something very few houses can boast.
