Located in a peaceful setting just three kilometres from the picturesque town of Labin, Villa Montara is the perfect choice for guests who wish to combine privacy, nature, and an active holiday. Surrounded by lush greenery and Mediterranean landscapes, the villa offers an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends looking to escape the daily rush and enjoy a true holiday in Istria.Villa Montara can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features three spacious bedrooms with double beds, with the possibility of an additional bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, ensuring a high level of comfort and privacy.The spacious living room is connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, creating an open-plan space ideal for spending time together.From the living area you can access a large terrace that leads to a sun deck with loungers and a private swimming pool of 30 m² – the perfect place to relax during warm Istrian days. The garden is spacious and carefully maintained, while the nearby vineyard adds a special Mediterranean charm to the natural surroundings.Villa Montara also stands out for its wide range of entertainment and recreational facilities. Guests can enjoy table tennis, billiards, darts, and a trampoline, providing fun for all generations. Nearby there is also a sports court for tennis and small-sided football, as well as a playground with swings and a seesaw (shared with a nearby villa), making this house a great choice for active guests.Next to the vineyard there is a traditional Istrian stone hut (kažun), where 2 e-bikes and 2 bicycles are available for guests.Three private parking spaces are available within the fenced property.Villa Montara is an excellent choice for guests seeking complete relaxation while enjoying the benefits of an active holiday near Labin and the eastern coast of Istria.Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.
