A comfortable and spacious holiday home with a Scandinavian feel, located near the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode. With three bedrooms, the house is ideal for 6–8 people—and your dog is also welcome!

The holiday home is very spacious, bright, and inviting, and the large windows create a pleasant living atmosphere.

With three adjacent bedrooms and the alcove, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and the alcove—which is popular with children and teenagers—is equipped with another double bed. A cot and a high chair are provided.

An open-concept living and kitchen area creates a spacious atmosphere; the cosy sofa invites you to relax, and you can enjoy your home-cooked culinary delights at the large dining table.

The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The house features two bathrooms with heated floors. The larger bathroom provides access to a private sauna, and the bathtub ensures a sense of well-being. Across-the-board amenities include a washing machine with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each holiday home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
