Relax on your private open 30 m² east-facing terrace—a peaceful, shaded space ideal for meals at any time. The terrace overlooks a large garden, and a west-facing balcony is accessible from the kitchen and living area.



A dedicated parking space in the underground garage is included for your stay. Pets are welcome (max. 1). This is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed only on the east-facing terrace. Parties and events are not permitted; if you wish to have friends visit during the day, please inform the host in advance.
