About this property

Gîte de la Bretonnière with Heated Pool

Bright 100 m² house in a peaceful setting, fully renovated, furnished, and equipped.



On the ground floor, you will find a living area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room.



Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus another bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A spacious bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine with air conditioning complete the upper floor.



Outside, enjoy a private entrance, parking, and a separate plot. There is a pond for fishing, a pétanque court, and a basketball hoop. The heated, covered pool is perfect for relaxing (open and heated from May 20 to mid-October) and is available for your use throughout your stay.



The house is located in Contres, 3 km from the town center with shops, a pool with hydrobubbles, and a biscuit shop. It is in the heart of the Loire castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau), near Beauval Zoo, Cheverny Golf, Amboise Castle, Clos Lucé, the Mini-Châteaux Park, and the Touraine Aquarium.



Small pets are welcome.



Bed linen is included. Towels are available on request for an extra charge.
