On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining area with a sunroom and a terrace. From there, a staircase leads to the 8-ar garden, which features a small pavilion, a pond, and a children’s pool. In the bedroom with an adjoining shower/toilet, a wide king-size bed and a small desk invite you to relax. Oh, and in addition to the gas central heating, there’s also a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings on cool days.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
On the upper floor, there are additional (unoccupied) private rooms.
In town, there’s a 24-hour store with all the essentials and a bakery; in the Zell neighborhood, there’s also a good butcher shop offering regional specialties. Additional shopping options are available in Rechberghausen (5 km), Göppingen (8 km), or Schorndorf (14 km). The Schurwald Forest and the beautiful Alb foothills offer a variety of opportunities for excursions or cultural events.
