Welcome to AGRIGIOYE, a spacious apartment in an agriturismo between Pisa and Lucca, immersed in green surroundings. Just 10min from Terme di San Giuliano, perfect for relaxation with exclusive terrace, private garden, and outdoor pool. Ideal for smart working in Tuscany with fast Wi-Fi and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. Access is completely independent from the guest parking (up to 2-3 cars), with wheelchair-accessible path. The spacious entrance leads to the large living area (40 sqm), the heart of the home, with sofa bed and kitchen-dining, opening onto the beautiful large private terrace facing the garden and bamboo park. The apartment includes a double bedroom and a beautifully finished bathroom. We are a farm and offer seasonal vegetables and fruits for sale, depending on availability. Strategically located for visits to art cities, the sea, and local food and wine trails. Autumn offers many seasonal activities: day trips to historic cities and villages, relaxing in the park amid autumn colors. We're 4km from Pisa, 8km from Lucca, and 20-30min drive to the coast (Versilia or Pisa coast). We can arrange shuttle services to/from stations (S. Giuliano Terme, Pisa) and airports upon request.
