Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! It was very centrally located to many interesting places to visit like Pisa, Lucca, the beach, and Apuan Alpes. Also having the pool for ourselves, enough places in the garden and comfortable seats to enjoy being outside. With the warmth the aircondition was perfect. The only downside are the midgets. Claudia was a great host!

Schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Naturgarten und Pool

Claudia hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Die Lage ist toll, mitten im Wald, man hat zwei wunderbare schattige Plätze zum sitzen und Platz um sich nach der Abkühlung im Pool zu sonnen. In der Wohnung ist eine super Klimaanlage vorhanden. Bis zum Naturstrand sind es 15 km, bis zum Supermarkt ca. 5 km. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und haben Florenz, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano und Livorno genossen. Danke für deine Fürsorge und den schönen Urlaub Claudia :)

Maison typique et très propre

Location conforme à l’annonce. Claudia la propriétaire a été adorable nous a conseillé les environs et restaurants. A même réservé pour nous un soir. Adorable. Location très propre. Maison un peu vieillissante et simple mais avec le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Accès par une route montagneuse assez étroite mais gerable malgré notre grosse voiture. Vue magnifique de la location.

Wunderschönes haus auf ein Berghang

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene Personen, ein Hund und ein kleines Kind 3j. Lage: Die Lage ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Weg ist sehr schmal und wenn dir ein Auto entgegenkommt, muss man schauen, dass man noch irgendwie Platz machen kann. Ansonsten muss man rückwärts fahren in eine ein Bucht rein. Das Haus steht auf ein Berghang und man kann wunderbar runter gucken Richtung Stadt. Im Wohnzimmer kann man sogar den Blick zum Meer sehen und den Leuchtturm, der den Weg für die Schiffe leuchtet. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war so unterteilt, dass unten im Garten was nicht umzäunt ist. Der Pool sein Standort hatte Liegeflächen & eine Sitzfläche, was Überdacht ist. Der obere Teil ist umzäunt und viele Pflanzen und Bäume geben einem das Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Es gab auch dort Sitzplätze Und liegen. Meine Mutter hatte, weil sie schon älter ist. Probleme hoch zu laufen, weil halt alles sehr steil war. Also man muss gut zu Fuß sein. Die Wohnung an sich ist wunderschön. Es ist sauber die Möbeln waren rustikal und hatten ein eigenen Flair. Die Zimmer 2 gab es, waren schön gewesen, Das Babybett war in unserem Zimmer es war sauber die Matratze war gut unser Kind hat gut geschlafen und wir auch. Claudia ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie hat selber zwei Hunde die immer mal vorm Zaun standen um hallo zu sagen. Und Kinderlieb ist sie auch wir haben uns auf jeden Fall wohl gefühlt.

Sehr erholsam

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Ich kann bestätigen, was die Vorgänger in den Rezensionen geschrieben haben. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, von daher ist man wirklich für sich. Der Pool trägt einen maßgeblichen Faktor zum Wohlfühlen bei: Eine sehr willkommene Abkühlung bei der Augusthitze. Claudia ist sehr entgegenkommend und reagiert prompt und mit vielen Vorschlägen zur Umgebung. Sie hat die Wohnung in den letzten Jahren liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Meerblick ist sehr schön, wie von den Vorgängern beschrieben, nicht vom Pool aus zu sehen, hauptsächlich vom Wohnzimmer / vom Esstisch aus. Oder aber man nimmt einen Stuhl und setzt sich oberhalb vom Pool. Als Ausflugstipp können wir u. a. eine Wanderung von Colonnata bei Carrara sehr empfehlen: Der Weg Nr. 195 (?) war etwas steil am Anfang und auch steinig, aber wunderschön. Lange Zeit großartigen Meer- und Bergblick! Claudia gibt gerne Tipps für gute Strände i.d.N. In Viareggio gibt es viele Privatstrände, für die man zahlen muss, aber etwas weiter links an den Dünen gibt es einen freien Naturstrand. Puccini-Festival am See mit Freilichtbühne ist auch sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool und die Ruhemöglichkeiten waren toll Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine). Wer Sorge um ein großes Auto hat oder ungern fährt, dem könnte die Anfahrt auf dem letzten Kilometer auf einer sehr engen Straße Kopfzerbrechen bereiten.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit ländlichem Ambiente. Guter Ausgang zum Meer und für Wanderer in die Apuanischen Alpen. Sehr schöne Strände und herrliche Landschaften. Die Gartenterrasse unterm Olivenbaum und der stes gereinigte Pool eignen sich zur Ganztageserholung bei der Wohnung. Pisa, Lucca, Carrara und einladende Bergdörfer, jede Menge historisch Interessantes in der Nähe - was will man mehr. Dazu eine Super Vermieterin/ Gastgeberin die viele Tips zu Wanderungen, Ausflügen und Restaurants gibt. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die allergischen Reaktionen auf Stechmückenstiche bei meiner Frau, vermutlich von Sandmücken. Meeresblick vom Pool aus nur wenn die Olivenbäume zurückgeschnitten werden. Wir wünschen Claudia weiterhin viele Feriengäste und können uns ein Wiederkommen vorstellen.

Gut gelegen, vielseitige Möglichkeiten

Wir haben in der unteren Wohnung 9 Tage mit Hund verbracht. Die Lage ist super, tolle Aussicht, gute Gassirouten, die man aber erst entdecken muss (Claudia fragen). Mit einem tiefergelegten Auto könnte sich die Anfahrt allerdings schwierig gestalten wegen der hügeligen Serpentine. Die Fahrt zum Strand dauert etwa 25 Minuten. Sowohl in Viareggio als auch in Massarosa sehr gute Restaurants. Die Betreuung war super, Claudia hatte für alle Anliegen/Wünsche ein offenes Ohr. Einziger Wermutstropfen (wahrscheinlich wegen des heißen Wetters): Es gab recht viele Mücken. Wenn man sie mit Spray und Räucherstäbchen handelt, kein Problem.

Ganz tollen Urlaub mit Hund haben wir im Haus von Claudia erlebt.

Die Wohnung ist für den Urlaub völlig ausreichend.Alles top. Frühstücken und grillen auf der Terasse einfach herrlich. Die Serpentinen mit dem Mercedes kein Problem. Man kann dort lange laufen in den Bergen um irgendwann in einem Gasthaus einzuführen. Es gibt dort in Reichweite sehr viel zu sehen und entdecken. Tagesausflüge nach Livorno, Lucca, Volterra und so weiter lohnen sich allemal.Claudia ist eine tolle Vermieterin die mit Rat und Tat bei fragen immer ansprechbar war.Abends nochmal zum Abschluss in den Pool und im Wasser die Aussicht zur Küste genießen.War ein klasse Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Gute Lage, Leider keine Heizung in der Wohnung, für kalte Jahreszeiten nicht geeignet!

Hallo, warum 4 Sterne? Diese Bewertung ist entstanden aus 2 Kriterien ( bzw. Bewertungen )! 1te. Die Vermieterin! Die Frau ist der Wahnsinn! 6 Sterne von uns!!! Die war bemüht uns zu helfen ,alles zu zeigen, alles zu erklären und alles zu machen was nur möglich war! Wir hätte nie die Plätze in Italien gesehen oder hätte nie die Speisen gegessen, wenn die Frau nicht da gewesen wäre! An diese Stelle noch mal vielen Dank!!! 2te. Das Haus / Apartment Wir waren über Ostern in diesem Haus, und das Haus war sehr feucht und Kalt. Zum einem weil es noch nicht Saison war und draußen einfach die Temperaturen fehlten, und zum anderen weil es keine richtige Heizung gibt. Geheizt wird nur über Klimaanlage ( die auch heizen kann ) und im Bad über einen Heizlüfter! Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer ganz anders ist, aber in März/April ist es doch kalt und feucht! Sonst verfügt das Haus über alle möglich Geräte so wie alle notwendige Untersielien! Die Lage ist TOP, man erreich alles schnell und unkompliziert! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub! Claudia, vielen Dank! Gruß

Heerlijk relaxen hier boven op de helling van de berg met schitterd uitzicht .

Prachtige ligging van een comfortabele , echt Italiaans appartement , met zijn marmeren vloeren , complete sanitair en prachtig uitzicht over de mooie stad Viareggio aan de Middellandse zee . Claudia die altijd klaar staat voor haar gasten in haar woningen . Een mooie tuin op verschillende terrassen op verschillen hoogten niveau's met vele kruiden , olijfbomen , sinaasappelbomen . Daarbij een zoutzwembad . We hebben er een prachtige maand gehad .
