Large Family Home with Enclosed Garden Near the Beach

This spacious family home with its beautiful enclosed, tree-filled garden offers you a relaxing stay just 800 m from the town center and main beach. The house features a large living room, a lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, a utility room, 5 bedrooms each with a shower room, and 2 toilets. Enjoy the large south-facing terrace with awning, barbecue, and on-site parking. Pets are allowed under certain conditions and for an extra fee.



The property is carefully prepared for your arrival; we kindly ask you to treat it with respect.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the cooktop and plancha

- Remove all trash and waste



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Please send a message on the morning of your arrival to confirm your approximate arrival time via the booking platform.



Please do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). Failure to comply may result in additional charges.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed under conditions; please contact the host via the booking platform.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and set out for collection twice a week. All other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the municipal recycling containers.
