Excellent séjour à Aussac

Location conforme au descriptif et photos de l'annonce. Très bon accueil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'extérieur et sa piscine privative au calme avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Nous avons pu profité de tous les bons conseils et bons plans du propriétaire pour visiter au mieux la région.

Location à la campagne, calme, sans vis à vis. Bien située entre Albi Gaillac Toulouse. Grande surface à une dizaine de km. Photos conformes au logement Points positifs : très belle terrasse, belle piscine, cuisine bien équipée Point négatif : manque de lumière dans la salle de bains, en particulier pour la douche.

QUIETUDE ET AGREABLE

Nous recherchions tranquillité, calme, repos, et nous n' avons pas été déçus. La description de la location et les avis déjà publiés sont tout à fait objectifs. Nous avons apprécié l' accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire tout en étant respectueux de l' intimité de ses locataires, nous donnant ainsi le sentiment d' être un peu chez nous ce qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer, accompagnés nos deux enfants. Proche des grands axes, nous avons eu la possibilité de visiter le Tarn et découvrir ce beau département. Merci encore et peut être à bientôt !

Le Paradis...

Plusieurs fois par an, depuis plusieurs années, nous regagnons accompagnés de notre Jack Russel ce magnifique gite encerclé par des fleurs et des arbres fruitiers où miroitent les eaux bleues d'une grande piscine . "Sol Vieil" se niche dans un très beau et très propre village, entouré de champs, de verdure ... de vignes....où règne le calme. Nous y retrouvons tout le confort de notre maison et nous nous sentons heureux...Nous nageons dans le bonheur! Le propriétaire des lieux est des plus discret, serviable et toujours souriant...Au fil du temps il est devenu l'Ami qui nous reçoit comme si nous étions des parents venus en visite. Non loin de là nous découvrons le pays Cathare, le pays de Cocagne, les bons vins de Gaillac (et son pétillant) et la merveilleuse ville d'Albi...Cordes sur Ciel et d'autres superbes villages...Un grand parking vous accueille au sein de la propriété et un autre, couvert abrite votre véhicule de la chaleur...En ce lieu vous vous sentez en sécurité! Pour un prix défiant toute concurrence cette location vous ouvre les portes du Paradis ...du bien vivre! Merci Sol Vieil!

vacances de rêve

cela fait deux ans que nous sommes dans ce lieu calme et très reposant avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine et la campagne environnante. La région est pleine de ressources, beaucoup de choses à voir, nous relouons pour l'année prochaine car le propriétaire nous reçoivent avec chaleur et discrétion. Les photos sont rigoureusement exact. Pour les gens qui veulent échapper au bruit de la ville ce lieu est idéal tout en étant proche (14km) d' ALBI, ville très agréable enfin bref il faut aller voir cela vaut le detour.

Nous avons déja loué en juin 2009, septembre 2010, donc juin 2011 et avons déja réservé pour septembre 2012.Propriétaire discret mais accueil très chaleureux. Description et location des lieux absolument exactes. piscine de rêve, uniquement réservée aux locataires. lieux très propres et entrenus régulièrement, situé à 12 km d'Albi (cathédrale au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO), ville très agréable et touristique. villages médiévaux aux alentours. A disposition, toute une documentation des lieux touristiques à visiter. Environnement très calme et très reposant. a conseiller à vos meilleurs amis. Nous y retournerons tant que "Henri" louera cet appartement. Véhicule indispensable.
