• Large, furnished 25 m² rooftop terrace with ocean views
• 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m)
• Living room with a cozy sitting area, Wi-Fi, radio, and satellite TV
• Fully equipped kitchen with glass-ceramic stove and oven, dishwasher, and dining area
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub
• Bed linens and towels are included once. The beds are made, and 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel are provided per person.
• Your parking space is located in the building’s courtyard
• Storage space for bicycles is available. E-bikes can be conveniently charged in the bike garage.
• A swimming pool and sauna are just a few minutes’ walk away. A breakfast café with a bakery, as well as restaurants and shopping options, are located in the immediate vicinity.
