Braga, Porto, the large Barcelos market, the largest in the Pais, the natural park of Gérez, a wonder of nature!

Silent Paradise

A pleasant apartment with everything you need in a small village, 30 minutes from the beach. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a view of the lovely orchard and the rooftops of Marinhas. On a clear day, you can see the sea.By car, you can reach Esposende in 10 minutes and beautiful beaches within half an hour. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back!

Lovely area

House was very clean and comfortable. Host was amiable and helpful. Area has decent rock climbing, nice beaches very close by. Porto is only 40-45 min drive away. Close to many sites in northern Portugal. We also found a great favourite restaurant nearby (Restaurant Buraco).

Very nice apartment in a quiet residential area. Basically, it's the full first floor - huge. Everything clean, nice furniture and tasteful decoration. A beautiful garden, and very well maintained with lots of flowers.Conversation with the landlord always friendly. Also, nice location of the house, directly on the pilgrimage route from Porto to Santiago de Compostella. Some hikes can be undertaken directly from the house.

We spent two nights in August at this villa and would have liked to stay longer. It's well equipped and very comfortable, and although there were only three of us there is plenty of room for six people. The villa is about a 20 mins walk to the beach if you don't want to drive. Lucilia, our host was there at the same time and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality - the confiture was delicious!

Lovely property with a few surprises

House is in an unusual neighborhood and was very difficult to find because hand-drawn maps were hard to understand and were in French. Owners are absentee landlords living in France and did not communicate on WhatsApp, as I requested. Tried by email, but owner always used French, not my language! No soap, shampoo, napkins, paper towels, condiments, coffee or tea provided. That being said, place was very clean, spacious (could easily handle 6 people) and beautiful, a few km from beautiful beach. Good staging position to visit Braga, Barcelo and Aveiro, all well worth seeing.

Il ne parle, ni le Français ni le Portugais! et mois je ne parle pas l'Anglais! donc pour lui je suppose que c’était un peu difficile, sur tout en Europe; William a hue le linge de lit draps etc, les serviettes de toilette , les torchons, comme tout mes locataires, en effet il y avais du thé? il na pas du bien chercher,? Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en casa de Lucilia. La casa esta súper limpia y tiene mucha luz. Hemos tenido muy buen tiempo y hemos aprovechado a tope el balcón, para desayunar y cenar. El jardín también esta muy bien. Muchas gracias a Lucilia por las indicaciones para llegar.

Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und großem Garten. Mitte Mai war es noch sehr kühl aber der Pellet-Ofen funktioniert gut. Sehr schnelle und angenehme Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten

Die Kommunikation auf französisch mit der vermieterin war gut, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung , der Garten ist sehr schön, es ist eine ruhigere Gegend, die Strasse neben dem Haus ist durch die Kopfsteinpflaster etwas laut. Küche ist gut eingerichtet, bei den Handtüchern hätte es bei 10 Tage Aufenthalt gerne eins mehr sein können. Leider hatten wir sehr kühle Tage, da war auch die Wohnung eher kalt. Die Vermieterin hat , nach unserem Nachfragen, den Kamin aktivieren lassen. Das war gut. Meerblick hat man nur in der Ecke wo die steinerne Sitzgelegenheit ist oder vom Eingang aus.

Une maison exceptionnelle, une hôte prévenante, très gentille.

La maison est très bien située, elle permet des escapades dans des villes environnantes très sympas. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Superbe vue, très bien aménagée, un beau jardin. Nous avons adoré. Lucillia est à l'écoute même en France, elle se montre disponible. Nous recommandons.

Un belle maison avec de belles personnes

Nous avons été informé suite à la prise de contact que les locataires seraient présent au rez-de-chaussée durant notre séjour. Cependant cela n’a en aucun cas impacté nos vacances. Nous avons rencontré des personnes d’une grande gentillesse ayant le soucis du détail. Et qui ont ont été très discrètes tout en étant disponibles en cas de besoin. Maison et extérieur propre. Beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons !

Wunderschön ruhig

Wenn man es eher ruhig mag, dann ist es ein sehr schöner Gegend. Esposende ist sehr windig und abends eher kalt. Ins Wasser kann man eigentlich nicht rein, es ist viel zu kalt. Aber super Gegend mit sehr vielen Stränden. Für Spaziergänge, für ruhige Momente und Sonnenuntergänge am Wasser zu genießen, ist es TOP. Das Haus ist sauber, alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. TV nur portugisisch, Wifi vorhanden. Am ersten Tag erst einmal einkaufen gehen, da nichts vorhanden ist, auch kein Klopapier oder Seife. ALDI mit Auto 6 Min entfernt. Für unser Empfinden rochen die Schränke von innen. Gastgeberin war selbst nicht vor Ort, da sie im Urlaub war, aber dennoch super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Kommunikation über E-Mail, aber nur französisch oder portugiesisch. Kein Englisch. Google-Translater hilft aber:)) Im Grunde genommen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem und werden wieder kommen. Ein Tipp zur Autovermietung: Onlyrent in Esposende. Sie bringen das Auto wohin sie wollen, und sind so auch sehr hilfsbereit. Uns haben sie morgens um 3:00 Uhr zum Flughafen gefahren.

Effectivement! a la plage y a des jours que ça peux être un peux ventée mais ça n’empêche pas de se baigner. la télévision arrive par satellite, donc il y à beaucoup de chaines d'ans touts les Langues, mais bien sur il faut que chacun cherche celle qui convient.
