Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you and your furry friend felt right at home in the apartment. It truly warms our hearts to welcome guests who appreciate the space as much as we do.We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue and will work with our team to ensure that the area under the sofa is regularly checked. We also understand the inconvenience of the full trash bins and appreciate your understanding as we strive to improve.Regarding the charging station, we’ll make sure to provide clearer information for future guests to enhance their experience. Thanks again for your kind recommendation! We can’t wait to welcome you back for another fantastic stay! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.
