It has 101 condo units and a full service restaurant located on the 29th floor which offers guests a 360 degree panoramic view of Daytona's beautiful coastline. Other amenities of Peck Plaza include an oceanfront swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, extra-large sun deck, tennis court, basketball court, grill, exercise room, sauna, game room, reserved secure parking space underground and a second private covered parking space on the main lobby level. There are 2 elevators in the building. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1700 sq. ft. condo is smoke-free and was just completely remodeled with an all new kitchen with granite counters, new bathrooms, new tile floors and new furniture. The condo, unit #17SE, is on the 17th floor and features spectacular ocean views and Intracoastal waterway/river views from the living/dining/kitchen and all bedrooms. The condo has a maximum of 8 guests, including adults and children. Sorry, no single night rentals - minimum weekly rental. Standard rental week is Saturday to Saturday.
All the amenities of home can be found here, including a 40' flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom, wireless Internet and 32' flat screen TV's in both guest bedrooms. There is a private full-size washer and dryer right in the condo. Linens and towels are provided. During peak vacation dates, there are beach chairs and umbrellas available from vendors on the beach. The facilities are well maintained with an on-site manager. It is a very safe area, and the building has electronic locks on all outside doors and secure inside garage parking.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and private master bath with shower and a second sink in the dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed, large closet and an adjacent ½ bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bath with tub/shower. We have several other condos in Daytona Beach Shores and love the area. We currently live & work in Minnesota, but hope to retire there some day.

The views! This condo has the best ocean & river views we have seen. We are doing a complete remodel of the interior and think it will be fabulous!
Peck Plaza is a unique circular building and has it's own restaurant on the top floor. It has all the amenities you could want.
My family of 5 stayed here in late May. We could not have been more impressed with this unit. The views are spectacular, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owners have done an outstanding job updating the unit, sparing no details. Check in and out was extremely convenient and the rental managers were very friendly.
The condo as an entire property is, in my opinion, very retro cool. While it is in need of a little updating (large sundeck area pretty much is just unused space and really could be turned into something more), we enjoyed the history of the building and even ventured up to the restaurant on the top floor a couple times for drinks (our kids loved looking out from the binoculars the bartender offered). There are many shops within walking or short driving distance. The beach was very family friendly and clean.
I would highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of space, very tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We hope to return in the future!
We have stayed at many Daytona Beach Condo Rental units; this one is on the top of our list by far! Newly renovated with beautiful finishes! Fantastic amenities! Very friendly people, easy checkin and checkout. The views are breathtaking! Sunrise and sunsets you are able to enjoy them both on the balcony. Nice blackout drapes for morning so we could sleep in! We enjoyed crossing the street for afternoon ice cream! You can't go wrong staying here; we will be back!
We held a mini family reunion here and had a great time. The condo itself was very, very nice & better amenities in the condo itself than several homes I've rented over the past 30 + years. having been in the hotel business for over 16 years though, I must say that the utilization of the building is so underused. Why no tiki bar out on that huge expanse of concrete by the tennis courts ( which turned out to be a danger area with slippery moss near the stairs to the beach). The door locks were hard to use & we actually were locked out ( our fault for pushing a button, I'm sure), but on a weekend, it was almost impossible to get anyone to assist us getting back in. We eventually finagled our way back in by ourselves, but never locked the doors again the rest of the week. Also, work was being done on the tile area around the pool on Friday (loud) for most of the day. Maybe schedule this in an off season, if there is one down there. Again, the condo was fantastic & the beach beautiful, but there could be so much more from the building as a whole, that could make it an experience. We do thank you for allowing us to share your lovely condo, and again a great time was had by all.
This condo is perfect in every way. My husband and I have visited the Daytona Beach area many times and always stayed at one of the local hotels. This particular visit was an extended stay and we felt so lucky to have found this beautiful condo. One thing that attracted us to this particular condo is that it had been newly remodeled. What a great job the owners did. It was very spacious, light and airy, everything you would desire in a "home away from home". Bedrooms are lovely, beautifully decorated, kitchen is well equipped for preparing any meal. It was very clean and comfortable. Of course the views are spectacular - you choice of either ocean or river. Hats off to the owners for creating such a restful place. Special accolades to Ashley, Peck Realty. She was delightful to work with and always readily available, if needed. We will definitely want to stay in this condo on our next visit.
I NEVER write reviews...but this unit deserves stellar ratings and I would recommend to EVERYONE! As a retirement age (but not yet retired) couple from Minnesota, we have vacationed in Florida many, many times as our children were growing up and after, but never to the Daytona Beach area. My siblings & spouses met here for a reunion, prompting my husband and I to visit this wonderful location. I cannot say enough positive things about our condo or the surrounding area: It has moved to my first choice of vacation places. Disney World and Universal Studios are close; the beach is the BEST in Florida (in my opinion!... We loved the bike rides for miles on the beach; we built sand castles and sat around a fire [in a container] on the beach in the evening); there is a park at the end of Atlantic Ave. with amazingly spectacular beaches and views which is accessible by biking down the beach or by car; and various other near-by parks (with manatees, gardens, etc.); the boardwalk in Daytona Beach is the BEST for entertainment. (I cannot wait to take my grandchildren to the amusement park.) I've asked: What is NOT to love here! This is a place we will absolutely return with our children and families. And what MADE the stay SO enjoyable was the fact that we had a fabulous place to begin and end our days' adventures and to relax during the day when we chose to do nothing but enjoy the pool, hot tub and beach. The condo accommodations are absolutely the best I have ever experienced... and we have vacationed in many different rental places. Everything in the unit itself is new, clean, tasteful and in excellent condition. (There was NOTHING we lacked for.) The building is lovely, immaculate and has a wonderful restaurant at the top. Being on the 17th floor, we awoke every morning to the most spectacular sunrises I have ever seen...over the ocean surf. (It took my breath away!) We stayed in the unit with another brother and his wife and could have readily accommodated another couple in the third bedroom. Several evenings we prepared cocktails and dinners for 11 siblings and spouses (the unit is very spacious) and enjoyed the pounding surf and lights of Daytona Beach Shores from the open doors of our living room/dining area and on the patio.
I cannot wait to return with our children! In fact, I want to plan a girlfriends' get-away here...the accommodations and setting are PERFECT!
My daughter was married on the beach in Daytona and we needed a place to accommodate our immediate family. This condo was perfect. It had plenty of room, enough beds for everyone and fabulous views. Although the building is somewhat older, this unit was newly remodeled with beautiful furnishings and was very well equipped. The rental agency was incredibly helpful and we will definately consider this unit for future vacations.
Our condo is located right on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores. We are near the Daytona International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, many nice parks, restaurants and shopping. It's about an hour drive to Kennedy Space Center, historic St. Augustine and about 90 minutes to Disney World/Universal Studios.
