APARTMENT IN A HOUSE OF CHARACTER IN THE COUNTRY

Independent apartment, classified 3 *** by the tourist office 29, upstairs, quiet, in a charming house, in the countryside, (near a working farm), but only 3 km from the beaches fine sand, shops are also about 3 km away.
The rental is planned for 4 people, but it is possible to accommodate 5, even 6 people with an additional price, except for babies, the price is charges included, sheets, towels are provided.
the price varies from 240 € per week in low season to 440 € in high season. the weekend is from 120 € to 130 € for 4 people.

Located between Brest and Le Conquet where you can embark for the islands of Ouessant, Molène.

The rental consists of 2 bedrooms

- 1 with a 160x200 bed
- the other with 2 beds of 90x190
- a living room with kitchen area, living room,
- the toilets are independent and in the shower room, sink, washing machine, dryer

Super séjour avec des hôtes très accueillants

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours chez Denise et Roger, qui ont été très accueillants. Cidre et gâteaux nous attendaient à notre arrivée ! Au top de ce que nous attendions

Venus en famille, nous avons très bien été reçus par les propriétaires. Nous étions attendus tout comme les petites gourmandises posées là sur la table. Spacieux, très propre et bien agencé jusque dans les détails. Il ne manquait rien, pas même les jeux de société pour les soirées pluvieuses. La literie est confortable et les chambres ont de grands placards. Les espaces sont bien isolés, l'entrée est indépendante ce qui est appréciable. Il y a un magnifique jardin et un terrain de jeux pour les enfants. Je recommande donc pour les familles de passage. Nous n'avons qu'un seul regret, c'est de n'avoir pas prévu un plus long séjour ici. Si nous repassons par le Finistère, nous savons que c'est une valeur sûre, d'ailleurs, le livre d'or de la location témoigne du sérieux et de l'amabilité des propriétaires. Merci à eux

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable chéz Fam. Guénéugues. Ils sont serviables et gentils. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il y a un jardin avec un gril et des meubles de jardin. L'internet est faible, souvent on n'a pas de connexion.

Acceuil très chaleureux des propriétaires, gîte très calme à l'étage d'une maison typiquement bretonne magifiquement fleurie avec une entrée indépendante et un jardin installé avec necessaire pour barbecul ,à l'interieur tout comme à la maison nid douillet rien ne manque de gentilles attentions sont prévues pour vôtre arrivée de quoi faire des boissons chaudes de l'eau au frigo et plus ... un cadeau d'acceuil plein de bons produits locaux !
