Conveniently located just a few steps from the beach and world famous boardwalk. The Sunset Bay house offers the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the pleasures of the Jersey Shore! The Bay house offers a multitude of activities within a five block radius such as bus and jitney transportation, many fine restaurants, and a great variety of shops. The jitney is just short walk and a cost of $2.50 will take you to all casinos and many other locations including the train station in the city. For a train ticket of $12.00 you can take the one hour trip to Philadelphia and spend the day site seeing.

Wake up early and watch the sunrise while enjoying a casual stroll on the beach or boardwalk. After a fun-filled day on the white sand beaches, you may choose to relax in the serenity of our bay deck, or cool down with a dip in the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Catch flounder or succulent blue claw crabs directly from the back deck while taking in the setting sun over the untouched natural beauty of the wetlands.

Finish your perfect day by experiencing the top entertainment and exciting nightlife of the Atlantic City casinos. Boat House with dock on the Water, Let grandpa stay and relax fishing, crabing or just naping on the quiet back bay, while grandma and the kids are at the beach.The property is located on the Inter Costal Waterway with deep water. With only 2 blocks to the beach and 5 blocks to the Atlantic City line where you can catch the Jitney’s that run 24/7 to all the casinos and hot spots in the city.

Although the views of the bay have always been spectacular, they are even better now with the vacant property removed and all construction complete.

We (my husband and another adult couple) just returned from a lovely week-long vacation on the bay. From the moment we walked into the bayhouse we were impressed. We felt as though the pictures do not do the property justice- it is very comfortable and cute. And, the neighbors are also very helpful and friendly – they made us feel like we were all one big happy community! We are looking forward to doing it again really soon!

Best week at the beach EVER!

My family had a great time at the beach this past week and the Bay House was the main reason. We had multiple choices of things to do everyday with the house being on the bay and three blocks from the ocean. The local restaurants in Ventnor had great food that we all enjoyed. Would happily stay here again!!

Relax & detox

I would highly recommend anyone needing to detox from their everyday-stressful life to stay here. Absolutely breathe taking views every night of the sunset from the relaxing back deck of this rental; along with the sound of the water lapping against the dock. Restaurants within walking distance as well as the Jitney to take you into Atlantic City. Immaculate perfect beach house for vacation; we cannot wait to stay again next year.

Craig. Your home is just lovely. Very neat and clean. The Bay view was awesome! Our boys enjoyed fishing and crabbing!

I would suggest that you replace the bath mat in the shower room as soon as possible.

I was very disappointed to be staying right next to an abandoned home. A bit unsettling for all of us!

Also, the daily construction on the home 2 doors down from you was very loud each morning and my parking spot in front of your home was taken up by a construction vehicle/construction worker 5 different times during the week. I had to ask them to move their vehicle.

Both of the aforementioned, I understand are completely out of your control:(

I was also very disappointed in observing the "neighborhood" on the adjacent streets throughout the week which was not at all what I had expected while renting in Ventnor.

Owner's Response: I agree with you all of the negatives are completely out of my control and temporary. However, I am in control of my home which sounds like you and your family enjoyed thoroughly. The city of Ventnor has city parking which I provide all my renters with permits to allow them to park legally. Regarding your negative comments, I do not believe that your rating is a fair assessment of my domicile since those aspects are outside of my control and temporary.

Great Summer Spot

Great location just as described right on the intercoastal waterway. The place was clean with a well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and plenty of seating on the deck. Loved to spend the early evenings on the deck with a beer or margarita watching the sunset and all the birds. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. Plenty to do in the area with lots of dining variety.

6. Maximum occupancy - The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6)

persons, unless specific approval is provided by the owner.

7. Check-in: We will provide arrival/departure instructions a week before arrival. You will go directly to the unit.

9. Linens – Hair dryer – Washer & Dryer – Linens are not provided , hair

dryer and A full washer and dryer are in the unit.

11. Parking – There is generally ample parking space available with parking permit that is provided.

12. Air conditioning - a combination of AC unit and fan will keep you

comfortable (please keep doors closed while AC is on). The AC units

cool the space quickly so when not in the apartments please turn off the AC

units. At night you will often find that fans

suffice to keep the temperature comfortable.

13. Internet access – The property provides internet access at no cost to you. Very

simple, instructions will be provided with arrival instructions. We bear no

responsibility if the service is impaired for your stay, but will do all we can to

repair.

17. Grocery store - There are two grocery stores less than 2 miles away from our
