The property is located on the Mondello bay just 2 km from the famous golden beach. The housing complex, consisting of two independent but communicating houses for group offers of up to 8 people, has a splendid position between the sea, from which it is only about 150 meters away and the nature reserve. A Located in one of the most suggestive and panoramic points of the Gulf of Mondello, overlooking the promontory of Punta Priola, you can enjoy the most enchanting view of the Gulf. Upon entering you feel immediately immersed in a real natural oasis and in a pleasant holiday atmosphere, being the home away from the traffic and stress of the city but very close to the sea. The structure, which includes the two houses, is independent and recently renovated, arranged on one floor each house has a double bedroom furnished with care and equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, LCD TV 28, dressing table with mirror and chair; a room with a double French bed and wardrobe; the kitchen-living room with table and four chairs, refrigerator, pellet stove, microwave and a kitchen cabinet, equipped with dishes, microwave oven, cleaning equipment and products, small appliances; bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. Each house, which can accommodate up to 4 guests, opens onto a large patio with terrace, divided into two large areas one intended for dining, with table and chairs, and one for relaxation, with sofa and armchairs, where it is very pleasant to relax cool even in the hottest hours of the day and enjoy the view all around on warm summer evenings.

Partis au mois d'avril. Gîte agréable, accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Bien situé, le long de la mer mais au calme. A recommander .

Une location à ne pas manquer

La maison de Chiara est située dans une rue très tranquille assez proche de la mer et aussi de la station balnéaire de Mondello. C'est une maison très agréable, notamment la terrasse, très bien aménagée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et nous la recommandons. La propriétaire est tout à fait sympathique. Merci aux Siciliens pour leur accueil chaleureux.
