Bel appartement

Bel appartement très bien équipé et conforme à l'annonce. La vue est magnifique et l'orientation apporte de la fraicheur en fin d'après midi. La résidence est calme et le quartier isolée de l'agitation du centre ville Niçois. Malgré tout, avec la navette, la gare est à 15 minutes. Communication parfaite avec la propriétaire et bon accueil à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons !

Rapport qualité prix imbattable !

L'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable, calme et propre. Il bénéficie d'une bonne situation géographique (le centre-ville est accessible à pieds en descendant la corniche par des escaliers, ou en bus) et d'une jolie vue. L'hôte est au petit soin : lit fait en arrivant, le nécessaire de toilette et nettoyage est présent et permet de démarrer le séjour.

Tolle Wohnung mit großartiger Aussicht!

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in Nizza verbracht und die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage mit einem großartigen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben für die Wege zum Einkaufen und in die Stadt das Auto genutzt. Dies war unproblematisch, da ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn man eine Wohnung ein Stück abseits von Zentrum und Promenade sucht, absolut empfehlenswert!

Séjour très agréable sur les hauteurs de Nice. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé en électroménager. Mention spéciale pour la vue du clair de lune sur la mer avec juste la bruit de la nature aux alentours !

Très bonne adresse, bien située. Appartement lumineux avec le confort nécessaire, au calme. Pratique grâce aux petits bus accessibles a proximité de la résidence. Très bon accueil : la propriétaire étant disponible en cas de besoin. Nous y avons passé deux semaines bien agréables.

Un séjour parfait à Nice pour décompresser au calme. Le centre ville est proche, le bus 71 part devant la résidence jusqu'à la gare. Appartement équipé avec tout, accueil très aimable. Un plus: parking devant la porte.

Sauber, alles wie versprochen, empfehlenswert!

Ausrichtung Terrasse und Garten nach Süden, also Sonne von morgens bis abends mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Terrassenmöbel und Markise, sowie Wäscheleinen vorhanden. Der Weg nach oben ist teilweise sehr steil und kurvig. Am Anfang etwas aufregend, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran und dann macht es Spaß. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Busfahrplan im Haus. Parkplatz auch direkt vor der Tür und wie das Schlafzimmer auch zur Nordseite, also schattig und angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen, sauberen und ruhigen Wohnumfeld. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: moderne Geräte, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, Internet vorhanden(nicht das schnellste aber ok). Geschirr und Möbel ausreichend vorhanden, das Schlafsofa im großen Wohnzimmer ist groß und bequem. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Bad und WC sind getrennt, innenliegend, aber mit guter Lüftung. Der Garten ist sehr natürlich und es gibt tagsüber Schmetterlinge auch mal ein Tausendfüßler und abends hin und wieder einen Gekko zu sehen. Zur Freunde unserer Tochter kam auch gelegentlich eine hübsche Katze zu Besuch. Uns hat der Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Très bonne semaine

Second séjour dans cet appartement. Toujours aussi agréable. La vue est magnifique et il y a vraiment tous ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi. Le petit bus juste à côté est très appréciable. Pour les plus courageux possibilité de faire le chemin à pieds par les escaliers. Nous reviendrons. Merci

"Über den Dächern von Nizza" - ein warer Satz!

Dieses Objekt hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht: Ruhe, Ausblick und einen Komfort, den man sich wünscht! Als Orange einen Internet-Ausfall hatte, bekamen wir von der Vermieterin umgehend eine Airbox als mobilen Router zur Verfügung gestellt. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, moderne Ausstattung des Apartments im EG, die eigene Terrasse und der kleine, angeschlossene Garten runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab! Jederzeit wieder!
