This Apartment offers a unique combination of elegance, style and friendliness. The rooms capture the essence of 18TH century Venice, while offering present-day visitors the comfort and convenience they have come to expect.

Excellent location and setup for family

Quick walk from train station with our heavy bags. Spacious. Clean. Homelike. Comfortable. Charming. A little off beaten tourist path so quiet. But very easy walking to everything in Venice. Also, cafe, restaurants, market close by. Wonderful stay!

Amazing host and charming accommodation.

The property was clean and unique. The host communicated with us so thoughtfully and thoroughly. He worked hard to ensure we arrived and had no concerns. Our needs were well met and we are grateful to have the opportunity to have this experience and brief visit to Venice.

Great location and host

The location of the property is ideal, very close to the train station and easy access to tourist sites but on a quiet side street. Just a few steps away we found a perfect little spot on the canal for a cafe and croissant. The host was very helpful with communication, information and suggestions and even making dinner reservations for us. The kitchen was perfect for making a simple meal at the apartment with a large market nearby. Would recommend this apartment.
