In the village of Lavancher in ground garden facing southwest at 50 meters from the forest, the apartment consists of 2 parts and open onto a large garden (over 4000 m2) and offers enormous space game completely safe for children.
A terrace with garden furniture and sun can enjoy the sun, summer and winter, as well as the views of the Mont Blanc ...
This authentic mountain village offers peace and relaxation assured. Hooked on a plateau at an altitude of 1 200m between Chamonix (5 km) and the prestigious ski area of the Grands Montets Lognan (3 km), it allows all kinds of alpine outings, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, rock climbing ,. .. without necessarily taking the car. The road and access to the apartment are nevertheless regularly maintained in winter. Private parking in a covered garage and an adjoining room make it easy to unload supplies and store ski equipment or bicycles
Deposit: we ask our guests a security deposit of 150 € in the form of a check before entering the accommodation to protect us from any damage to the equipment (breakage, theft) and ensure a state of cleanliness irreproachable to the leaving the living room. This check will be at your convenience returned or destroyed within a maximum of 8 days after your departure.
