Bon rapport qualité prix

À côté d une belle plage Pas de parking, assez gênant car pas facile de se garer et à 1,5km de l avenue principale, il faut prévoir de marcher ou s équiper de vélos ou trotinettes Belle piscine Bien équipe mais peu de rangement, la plupart des rangements sont plein Propriétaire agréable Tout s est bien passé Bon rapport qualité-prix

Si, desde el año pasado que el ayuntamiento quito muchos estacionamientos con contenedores basuras y otro reservados y prohibiciones en agosto se hace un poco difícil encontrar estacionamiento en esta zona y en general en toda Playa de aro. algo que todos los vecinos estamos hablando para solicitar al ayuntamiento una solución. en cuanto a la distancia al centro, so 5 minutos a pie. La Avd. principal y todas las tiendas, comienza a 500mtros del apartamento. Gracias Oui, depuis l'année dernière, le conseil municipal a supprimé de nombreux parkings avec poubelles et autres réservés et interdits en août, il est un peu difficile de trouver un parking dans cette zone et en général dans tout Playa de Aro. quelque chose dont tous les voisins parlent pour demander au conseil municipal une solution. Quant à la distance au centre, donc 5 minutes à pied. L'avenue principale et tous commerces, départ à 500 mètres de l'appartement. Merci.

Merci Valérie, oui, vous avez raison pour le problème de stationnement. Au mois d'août, cela devient plus compliqué, mais même ainsi, cela n'a jamais été un problème. Cette année, la mairie a supprimé les places de parking. placer les conteneurs sur la route (qui était autrefois sur l'île en herbe) a permis une zone handicapée et a marqué de nombreux endroits avec des lignes jaunes interdisant le stationnement. Tous les habitants du quartier sont en colère. nous allons probablement demander une solution au conseil municipal. un câlin

"Rien à dire sur l''appar...

"Rien à dire sur l''appartement et l''environnement, nous venons à Playa de aro et dans la résidence depuis plusieurs années et apprécions cet endroit. En revanche après notre départ la propriétaire nous a accusé d''avoir eu un chien dans l''appartement et a gardé une partie de la caution. Nous n''avons de chien et ne comprenons pas l''attitude ce cette personne."

"Mrs N. is kind and friendly! The apartment is very nice, small but well organized. The residence is in a very calm position, to 10 minutes afoot from the center of Playa D'Aro and to 5 minutes from the free beach. The sea is very clean. The city is pretty, calm but rich of shops, restaurants and places of fun."

"résidence très bien entretenue,belle,familiale, mais un peu bruitante malgré cela,une plage à moins de 10 mins à pied, beaucoup de commerces, restaurants à proximité.Une ville très agréable."
