The perfect escape!
Great location, lovely cabin (just as the photos revealed and description indicated), and the best vacation my family could have hoped for. Nate, Andrea, and family were very accommodating and we truly appreciated the opportunity they provided. Highly recommended!
Right on, we were happy to have you!
Amazing views, privacy and all the ammenities you need
We found the cabin to be clean, spacious (more than photos showed).
The host was helpful and available which was very appreciated.
The screen porch is a great bonus as it provides shade but still a beautiful lake view.
No issues with bugs. The rocky front was accessible for the water for us but the sandy beach steps away was a great bonus. Wonderful location and great place to get away from it all.
We would rank it 3.5 stars if it was an option. Fantastic views. Comfortable log cottage. Charming interior woodwork. Fully-stocked kitchen and modern bathrooms. Appreciated modern amenities such as rainfall shower head in bathroom and free wifi. Bedrooms need drawers/shelves. Wild blueberries on property a nice treat, however, the outside property was not as nice nor as comfortable as it could be. Overgrown vegetation around deck staircase made it awkward to carry items up and down and overgrown vegetation all over property made for awkward access to the water. A designated fire pit would be nice. Junky exterior not appealing I.e. Leftover containers, broken planters, Coke cooler acted as pool of water for mosquitoes. Nice for couples but not recommended for small children or people with mobility issues.
Beautiful cottage, lots of extras
Great place to stay. Lots is amenities. Beautiful view.
This was the perfect get away, the setting is incredibly beautiful and the cabin is well laid out and lived up to all our expectations. If you are looking for a wonderful out of the way spot for a vacation this is it. Nathan and his family took great care of us, we could not get over what a special place this it. It's a bit of a hike from Toronto, but completely worth it. I have literally only good things to say about this place and desperately hope to get back there one day.
At the end of the week we stayed there we wished we had another week to go. Just an awesome spot.
overall very clean. had a wonderful experience. very private & romantic. Would definitely recommend and will return on our anniversary!
