Perfect balance

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained, with the incredible scent of oranges drifting through from both the garden itself and the surrounding groves—it really added to the relaxing atmosphere.The pool was a definite highlight—very nice, clean, and perfect for cooling off during the warm afternoons. It’s about a 45-minute walk to the beach and local amenities, which we enjoyed as a scenic stroll, but it's also an easy drive if preferred.Sylvie was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we had a question. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting.

Bel environnement

Belle maison arborée,très belle piscine sécurisée. Le seul petit bémol la vétusté des literies et du canapé qui n empêche pas quand même de passez de très bonnes vacances. Proche de tout commerce en voiture très agréable… Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir…

Maison parfaitement située

Super séjour entre amis de +- 24 ans. Maison située dans un endroit calme et magnifique proche de superbes villes. L'aménagement intérieur et extérieur de la maison rend le séjour agréable et nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Jolie maison pour se ressourcer

Semaine de vacances très agréable et reposante. Maison située au milieu des champs d'oranger tout en étant assez proche des commerces (15 minutes en voiture) . Très bien accueillie par Maïté. Je recommande sans problème cette location.. Merci à Sylvie et Maïté...

Que des bonnes surprises

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme bien que à quelques km de Dénia et des plages. La piscine privative est un plus absolu et un agent d'entretien vient une fois par semaine pour vérifier et corriger sa propreté et faire l'ajout d'eau le cas échéant. Le logement offre de beaux espaces intérieurs également. Le patio (terrasse couverte) a été notre endroit de prédilection lorsqu' nous étions à la maison. Nous avons fait de belles balades à vélo car la région s'y prête offre pas mal de pistes cyclables. Rouler parmi les orangers et leur senteur de fin septembre est génial. Seule petite déception: les lumières de la piscine ne fonctionnant pas, il était dangereux d'y aller après 20h comme nous étions fin septembre et qu'il faisait déjà noir à cette heure. Mais cela ne mérite pas une diminution de l'évaluation générale. Maïté et sa petite Lulla furent très accueillantes ;-)

LOCATION DENIA

Maison très agréable , au calme ! Si on veut être critique (constructif) la climatisation serait recommandée dans l'ensemble de la maison , et que la mairie refasse la route d'accès ! Maité qui nous accueille est vraiment très gentille malgré la barrière de la langue. Sinon nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location que nous vous recommandons .

WYSIWYG

Ik ga starten met een waarschuwing: deze review is zeer subjectief omdat we tijdens ons 14-daags verblijf (begin april) ronduit schitterend weer hebben gehad en dan lijkt alles nog mooier en aangenamer! Waar we wel objectief over kunnen zijn: de foto's geven exact weer wat je kan verwachten! Pure WYSIWYG. Dankzij Maité, die voor het huisje zorgt en je met raad en daad bijstaat, was de bungalow kraaknet. Het bed was misschien wat aan de kleine kant, maar de matras was oké. Dikwijls valt de keukenuitrusting in soortgelijke vakantiewoningen wat magertjes uit, maar deze keer waren we aangenaam verrast, enkel een pollepel ontbrak. De (recent verbouwde?) doucheruimte was ook top. Door de overdekte terrassen was het huis op elk moment van de dag koel, wat ons vooral tijdens hete zomers een pluspunt lijkt. Alleen al voor het ruime zwembad zou je hier je zomervakantie willen doorbrengen. De vakantiewoning ligt op een heel rustige plek aan de rand van een bosje, temidden van de appelsienbomen, zodat je een groot deel van de dag van de overheerlijke geur van de azahar kan genieten (tenminste als de bomen in bloei staan). De urbanisatie zelf is ook erg rustig in deze periode, heel wat huizen waren trouwens (nog) niet bewoond. Je hoeft geen 4x4 te hebben, maar toegegeven: het laatste deel van de weg ernaartoe is niet bepaald een snelweg. Van de rust naar het gewemel in Denia stad kost je een kwartiertje, het winkelcomplex in Ondara bereik je zelfs nog vlugger. Volgens ons een aanrader!

Calma y buena energía

Desde el primer momento percibimos tanto al conocer a Maite como al entrar en la casa que nuestra estancia iba a ser perfecta. Tranquilidad, naturaleza y un remanso de paz que nos ha hecho pasar unos días de gran descanso. Tanto nuestra hija de 13 años y nuestro pequeño de 3 han estado encantados con el lugar. Maite y su perrita Lula excepcionales, nos han hecho sentirnos muy bien en todo momento. Por supuesto que es 100% recomendable para los amantes de la tranquilidad y para los buscadores de rutas costeras, volveremos sin duda. Gracias Sylvie y Maite por todo, es evidente de que formáis parte de la gran energía de la casa.

Die Zufahrt müsste unbedingt verbessert werden. Das Haus mit dem Pool, Terrasse und Garten ist wunderschön. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

séjour au calme

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison en septembre Les avantages sont : calme total , jardin agréable piscine aussi , immense terrasse couverte pour prendre tous les repas même quand il a plu Maité est très gentille , discrète mais toujours là pour un conseil .Dommage que le chemin pour arriver à la maison sur la seconde partie soit très mauvais car avec une voiture basse il faut faire attention , dommage aussi que la douche extérieure ne fonctionne pas , le coin repas et très joli (table et banc en carrelage) mais pas confortable Perso je mettrai des fauteuils même en plastique car en vacances on prend le temps de manger et discuter autour de la table Mais ce sont juste des remarques qui ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un super séjour

Génial

Voici deux ans que nous louons cette maison pour une semaine en été, que dire, rien, tout est parfait pour nous.....nous pensons déjà y revenir l'année prochaine!! La gardienne maité et sa chienne lula sont toujours aussi adorables et serviables. Rien à redire ni sur la propreté, ni sur l'emplacement et les équipements de cette maison. La piscine est top sans vis à vis et à occupé la majorité de nos journées.... Encore merci

Séjour au calme

Nous avons eu l'occasion de louer la villa durant une semaine au mois d'août. Ce fût un séjour agréable. La piscine est propre, agréable et grande. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. les espaces extérieurs sont agréables (attention aux moustiques et aux abeilles) et sécurisés pour les enfants. La propriétaire répond aux questions et Maité est là pour des informations complémentaires. La villa est également située à proximité de Dénia et d'un centre commercial (pratique pour les courses). Nous avons également pu apprécier les figues et les citrons du jardin. C'est une adresse que nous conseillons pour se reposer et se détendre en famille.

Superbes vacances!

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison, tout était parfait et bien à notre goût pour une maison de vacances. Nous avons profité de la très belle piscine et des espaces extérieur la plus grande partie du séjour. Maîté est extra, très serviable et discrète.....et sa petite chienne Lula a fait le bonheur de nos enfants tous le long du séjour. Nul doute que nous reviendrons

Nice house with a great pool

We had a really good holiday, with two little children (5 and 3) was the pool the best! The house is clean and simple, with airconditioning in one bedroom. The garden is great and totally surrounded (the pool also, really safe for little children) so children can play what they want. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, het is een fijn huis als je met twee kleine kinderen op vakantie gaat. Het zwembad is heel erg fijn en gelukkig ook afgeschermd, wat het veilig maakt voor kleine kinderen. Het huis is schoon en alles is aanwezig. Alleen airco in de ' ouderslaapkamer'.

fabuleux !

Se fut une expérience merveilleuse. la maison est extrêmement confortable autant a l'interieur qu'à l'extérieur. les espaces exterieurs sont immenses et tres pratique avec des enfants ( grande piscine sécurisé, douche exterieur, terrain de pétanque, grand barbecue... un immense arbre pour garder la voiture au frais) Tout est tres propre et tres bien équipé. Maïté, la gardienne des lieux est très sympathique, serviable et discrete. la maison est equipée de ventilateurs et d'un climatisation dans la chambre parentale. le calme du quartier résidentiel nous a convaincu, la foret et les environs sont sublime et tout est a proximité ( carrefour, supermarché, restau et LA MER !!! ) une expérience inoubliable, on rêve déjà d'y retourner. Merci Me Jofresa pour le confort et le soin que vous porté à vos clients ;)

Peaceful setting, away from main tourist area

The most difficult place to find as all roads have the same name, we had to be led to the property which is in a beautiful spot with wonderful outside space for eating and great views to the sea, super friendly Spanish lady that looked after the house, we enjoyed our stay

Heaven

Just back from this lovely villa. Easy drive from the airport, house difficult to find in the dark. Shopped at 2 local supermarkets, really cheap, stock everything you'll need. €9 for 24 bottles beer, 89 cents for 6 x 2 litres water, first receipt for two well full basket trollies of necessities, including dish washer tabs, laundry liquid tabs etc €62. Tobacco €84 for 10 x 50g. Spent €400 over 2 weeks _ half our usual holiday spend. Inc road tolls 2 x €8.30 for using main motorway to and from airport. House has all you need, gorgeous surroundings, peaceful. Pool is a real sun trap. Maite and her adorable Lula were really helpful and friendly. Lula practically stayed with us the entire 2 weeks! A phrasebook would be useful to take as not a lot of English spoken in Denia area. Will definitely go again as now our favourite holiday for total relaxation. Felt like home .
