a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, with very nice garden to enjoy meals outside under the tress, sunbathing and resting in the shadow. It is close to the main town with all necessities and close to many small nice beaches. The owner is very friendly and kind. Last, but not least it is very close to a restaurant managed by the owner with traditional Sardinian cuisine. Overall, it is a perfect place to disconnect and relax.

Die Lage des Objekts ist an sich sehr gut; allerdings handelt es sich um den Rest der alten Gastronomie, die jetzt 200 Meter tiefer betrieben wird. Wenige Meter vom Schlafzimmerfenster entfernt steht das neue Wohnhaus der Familie und es fehlt an der erwarteten Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe. Bei geöffnetem Fenster besteht keine Privatsphäre. Sehr enttäuschend war der Umgang mit den Gastgebern, der sehr kurz angebunden ablief. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist dürftig; in der Küche rudimentär. Das Bett im Untergeschoss ist durchgelegen. Das Obergeschoss, das an sich für Kinder gedacht ist, wird sehr heiß und ist zu Saison nicht bewohnbar. Im Untergeschoss ist gerade das Schlafzimmer ganztägig besonnt und deshalb der wärmste Raum. Ohne Klimaanlage geht gar nichts; die meisten Gäste werden sie aber nicht die ganze Nacht aushalten. In Sachen Sauberkeit bestehen erhebliche Defizite. Alle Räume, besonders auch die Küche, sind von Ameisen betroffen; insbesondere im Obergeschoss sind Eidechsen aktiv und hinterlassen ihren Kot auf den Betten und sonst im Haus. Einrichtung und Beleuchtung sind wenig funktional; einige der Lampen funktionierten gar nicht. Fazit: Leider eine enttäuschende Unterkunft, trotz einer sehr schönen und spannenden Insel.

Entouré d' oliviers avec vue sur la mer .

Excellent séjour dans un cadre splendide .Calme assuré mais attention erreur dans l annonce pas de télévision heureusement nous avons pû nous en passer facilement ( notre fils !) Différents lieux de baignade dans les rochers où nous nous sommes régalés ...mais il y a aussi le sable pour les amateurs ! Le restaurant était merveilleux également .

Mitten in der Landschaft

Weitläufiger Hof inmitten von Weideflächen (Schafe) und Macchia, Wohnen in Nähe der warmherzigen Gastgeber Familie, Katzen, Hund, Pferde ..., gemauerter Grill im Freien, Terrasse hinter dem Haus, Im Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, gute Beleuchtung (wurde top verbessert nach letztem Aufenthalt!), Mückengitter im OG nicht ganz dicht, Restaurant auf dem Hof ist Samstag Abend und Sonntag Mittag geöffnet, dann extrem lecker und total sardische Küche!, Fahrradtouren sehr empfehlenswert, da weniger Verkehr auf S'Antioco (Verleih in der Stadt S'Antioco nähe Conad), Einkaufen in dieser Stadt, Wein: Sardus Pater gegenüber Conad, Tolle verschiedene Strände mit Auto oder Rad erreichbar

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Ein Wunderschönes Ferienhaus das sehr idyllisch liegt. Die Vermieter wohnen genau gegen über, aber man sieht und bemerkt Sie nicht. Wir haben die Terrassen mit den schönen Aussichten und der Ruhe sehr genossen.

Gemütliches Häuschen auf'm Lande

Wetter kühl für die Jahreszeit, daher auch im Haus abends etwas kühl, Klimaanlage konnte aber auch heizen, Einerseits ist das Haus abgelegen, ruhig in schöner Landschaft, andererseits in direkter Nachbarschaft mit einem weiteren kleinen Häuschen sowie dem Haus der Eigentümer - daher gute Kontaktmöglichkeiten bei Fragen, immer jemand ansprechbar Haus gemütlich gestaltet, viel Holz, hohe Räume, Wände aus Steinen, innen etwas dunkel - was bei größerer Hitze aber sicher für Abkühlung sorgt.

Sehr schöner Ort für den Körper, den Geist und den Bauch

Wir hatten einen für immer in Erinnerung bleibenden Urlaub an diesem entspannten und sehr schön gelegenen Ort. Die holprige Anfahrt über einen steil bergauf verlaufenden Feldweg war mehr als lohnenswert, denn oben angekommen empfing uns eine herzliche Gastgeberfamilie und ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ausladender Terrasse. Dort gab es fast alles, was wir brauchten. Eine kurze Erklärung oder Ausdruck einer Beschreibung der Klimaanlage war das einzige, was uns in den ersten Tagen fehlte. Ansonsten stand einem Yogamorgen mit Meerblick, einem Frühstück unter Olivenbäumen, einer Autofahrt zu mehr als 10 malerischen Stränden in unter 20min, einem erstklassigen Abendessen in fußläufiger Nähe zum Ferienhaus und einem überwältigenden Anblick des nächtlichen Sternenhimmels nichts im Weg. Wir werden diesen Ort sehr wahrscheinlich nochmal besuchen.

Netter Empfang, toller Unschwung, ruhige Lage mit Meerblick in drei Richtungen. Einkaufen in Sant‘Antioco möglich. Tolle Strände, schöne Macchia! Für ambitionierte Köche fehlt in der Küche das eine oder andere. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Aufenthalt.

"Lieu idéal pour découvrir la petite île de Sant'antioco. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit magnifique, au milieu d'une nature privilégiée. L'accès est rendu aisé grâce à la vigilance de la propriétaire qui nous avait envoyé le plan d'accès et donné rendez-vous dans un endroit très facile à trouver. Le gîte est vraiment confortable à tout point de vue. Notre hôtesse avait prévu un petit déjeuner très copieux, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les nuits étant fraîches, du bois a été mis à notre disposition et nous a permis de passer de belles soirées au coin du feu."

"Pour tous les amoureux de la nature,cette location est idéale.Elle se situe dans l'hacienda Lusci ,nichée dans dix hectares de maquis.on y retrouve un calme serein après une journée de plage,de plongée en apnée ou de visite touristique.on entend que le bruit du vent dans les oliviers seculiers qui couvrent les terrasses et le son des cloches des moutons, qui rentrent chez le berger voisin à la tombée du jour. C'est tout le charme ancien qui vous accueille dans cette maison sarde,très bien équipée et disposant d'une literie de grande qualité.Nous avons aussi apprécié la grande propreté à notre arrivée. Mais la plus belle qualité de cette location,est sans nul doute,la famille qui la possède.Valéria,Carlo et leurs enfants,ainsi que la Maman,la soeur et le frère de Valéria.Ce sont des gens accueillants,attentifs,disponibles,chaleureux,discrets.Ce sont eux qui font la plus grande valeur de leur hacienda.De plus ils font de gros efforts pour parler français. Un séjour que nous n'oublierons pas et que nous renouvellerons certainement un jour."

"Ce séjour correspondait ...

"Ce séjour correspondait en tout point à nos attentes ainsi qu'à la description faite par le loueur. La maison est charmante, très propre et très bien entretenue (linge de maison en quantité suffisante et qui sans bon le propre), dans un endroit extrêmement calme et pourtant à peine à 10 minutes de Sant'antioco, jolie petite ville où on trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire : supermarché, banque, pompe à essence, musée... Les plages environnantes sont très belles et à la fin du mois d'octobre, il n'y a tout simplement personne, ou presque, ce qui rajoute au cachet de cette presqu'île. Bien sur, nous gardons pour la fin l'information essentielle : les propriétaires, Valeria et Carlo, ainsi que leurs enfants, sont adorables!!! Qui plus est, Valeria parle très bien le français, ce qui facilite beaucoup la communication. Leur présence (attentive mais toujours discrète) ne fait que rajouter au plaisir de ce séjour la joie d'avoir rencontré une famille chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. "

Haus sehr schön! Für den Sommer sehr gut geeignet

Haus ist im Sommer bestimmt ein Traum! Kühl im Haus, wenn die Sonne scheint. Auch eine wunderschöne große Terrasse unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf das Meer. Zu unserer Reisezeit einfach zu frisch und auch kalt im Haus. Sehr dunkel im Haus kommt noch hinzu. Wir konnten nur ein einziges Mal draußen sitzen, da es auch sehr windig war. Das Haus selbst ist groß genug und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett- Danke Valeria! Um diese Jahreszeit sind die meisten Strand Bars und Restaurants noch geschlossen. Öffnungszeiten der Supermärkte aber sehr gut - sogar an Sonntagen findet man welche. Wir sind viele Strecken gefahren und gelaufen, es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend!

"Nous avons passé une petite semaine fin octobre. Même si le temps n''était pas toujours au rdv, cela a été très largement compensé par le chaleureux accueil de Valeria et de sa maman. Tout en étant discrètes, elles sont restées à notre disposition pour tous nos éventuels besoins. Tout en étant très simple, la maison ne manque de rien. Nous recherchions du calme et nous l''avons trouvé. Le lieux est superbe et très très calme. La Sardaigne à cette époque est très calme et les gens très accueillants. Une très bonne expérience pour nous et l''envie d''y retourner, dans ce pays et dans cette maison."
