Regular posted rental rates do not apply to holidays or long weekends dates and are also subject to change. Also, if more than 17 persons are expected to be up at and/or sleeping at the cottage need owner approval and per day rental rate may be subject to change***

Located at 20 Chemin des Pins, Cayamant, QC J0X 1Y0 (also known 20 Chem des Pins, La Vallee-de-la-Gatineau, QC J0X 1Y0) lakeside and in the heart of beautiful cottage country. Newly renovated, sitting of a very large lot and perfect for families / groups to get away and enjoy the beautiful outdoors atmosphere.

Cottage Layout: Main floor and lower unit are not accessible to each other from the inside. 5/6 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathroom (1 per floor). Top unit living room has a wood burning stove, flat screen TV/DVD and High Speed Wireless Internet. Lots of seating in a beautiful newly renovated, open concept layout with large windows for great view of the backyard, lake and outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen (granite counter tops, huge island, stainless steel appliances, very large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Lots of plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils ...etc). Lower unit has a full kitchen as well with a large fridge and stove/oven.

EACH level has 1 Full Bathroom with shower/tub, sink, and toilet.

Towels and bed linen are cleaned and replaced after each rental along with the entire cottage being cleaned and spotless for each time it's rented for new guests check in’s.

On the property is a large outdoor Fire pit, boat launch ramp, boat dock (excellent for fishing Perch and Lake Bass right off the dock) and a big clean lake for swimming and water fun. To my renter I include water toys to enjoy: 3 person canoe, 1 person kayak, 2-4 seater paddle boat, 3 stand-up board and lots of paddles. NO LIFE JACKETS AVAILABLE.

This is our second time renting this cottage. We love the location, the view is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful and the cottage is great for our extended family. The fact that the living space is split in 2 in perfect for us as it gives the older teens space to have fun without keeping us awake all night. Great place!

Great location and experience

Great vacation cottage stay

Beautiful property, swimming in the lake was amazing we enjoyed the large fire pit to spend the night. The property owner is also extremely professional and attentive. Would book again 10\10

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-maintained cottage! The place is very spacious and perfect for large groups — we were about 15 people, including children, and everyone was comfortable. The views of the lake are absolutely spectacular, and we loved using the water toys provided. It was a calm, peaceful getaway, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Enjoyed Kayaking and canoeing.

Long Weekend Vacation

My group and I had a lovely time at Jason’s cottage. He was very responsive, organized and friendly! Lots of rooms and space for multiple guests without feeling overcrowded. The best part was the large amount of property to enjoy games, fires and tanning in the sun. We will be booking again next year!

Un autre séjour mémorable

C'était notre deuxième séjour à ce chalet et nous n'avons pas été déçus, au contraire. Encore une fois, le magnifique bord de l'eau avec un chalet bien équipé. Un feu de foyer, un pédalo, un quai d'où l'on peut plonger, un filet de volleyball, beaucoup de chaises et de place pour un groupe de 15 personnes. Pas de problème avec les bernaches cette année. Le sol était bien propre. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Vacances inoubliables

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour en famille au chalet Daoud. Le terrain est vaste et situé sur une pointe. C'était plutôt tranquille avec peu de traffic de bateaux en semaine. Nous avons fait du ski nautique (notre propre équipement) et le débarcadère en face du site était excellent. Le site nous permettait de vivre de mémorables feux de camp en famille ainsi que de belles parties de volleyball. Nous avons dû nettoyer les excréments de bernaches qui jonchaient le sol, mais heureusement, elles ne nous ont pas visité durant notre séjour. Le chalet est bien équipé. Nous avions assez d'espace pour manger tous ensemble autour de la table. Bref, un très beau séjour!

Great getaway

Came down to Cayamant for a wedding and this was the perfect spot the property is stunning and the house was fully stocked JD was happy to answer any questions I had and it was a very smooth interaction.

Extended family getaway

We had a great time with plenty of room for the 9 of us. One family of four took the downstairs, which is a fully independent apartment. Upstairs was good for the seniors in our group, having everything on one level. The yard is very large and comes to a point in the lake, bringing a nice breeze on our hot afternoons.

Fun filled week at the cottage

We had a lovely time at this cottage. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook for 12 people. The deck on the house is huge and offers a wonderful view of the lake and picturesque shoreline. The waterfront is absolutely wonderful for families with small children as the water is very shallow for a while but does get deeper a little farther in. The lake is was warm and very clear. There are also very few weeds in the immediate dock area which was great. We enjoyed almost all the boats that were available and also had great bonfires at night with all the chairs and swings for everyone, and more. The children were disappointed that the treehouse and trampoline shown in the pictures were not safe to use. Overall we had a wonderful time and would consider returning next year.
