CHALET and Country cottage for 8 people

Surrounded by greenery, on the Ranzanico hill with a spectacular view of Lake D'Endine.
Ideal for those who love relaxation, comfort and the romantic view of the water.
Perfect for long or short walks, and for tourist, naturalistic and cultural excursions.

I offer you the familiar environment of my home, the knowledge of the area, and the desire to share words and experiences with you.
We will meet as friends, in the most welcoming place after your home.

The property consists of two independent apartments each, with spectacular lake views,
the wooden "chalet" on the first floor (about 70sqm :) and the "stone house" on the ground floor (about 100sqm).
Both apartments have 1 double bedroom, one twin bedroom,
A bathroom, a kitchen communicating with the living room and a large terrace available.
They are fully equipped with linens and appliances, and accessories for children: cot and high chair.

THE GARDEN IS ABOUT 15,000 SQM… ..with a grove and relaxation corners.

P.S: in the chalet the double room has two bunk beds, and it is possible to add a third bed.
the stone house can accommodate up to 6 people, because in the living room there is a sofa bed for
two people.
There are 3 dogs on the property: 2 females and one male

Excellent holiday accomodation in natural beauty

We have visited this property twice and on both occasions we experienced a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular. If you want to experience an area of Italy that is completely unspoilt by tourism where you can live the italian life and eat the local cusine, walk in the mountains, visit wonderful medieval mountain villages (borgos) relax and breath clear mountain area this holiday has all this and more to offer. The accommodation is of a high standard with everything to make a comfortable stay. Lake and swimming pool are a few minutes away by car. The village provides all the essentials which can be reached on foot. The people are friendly and the services are good. The owner of the property made us feel very welcome and is happy to provide information on the area. Our stay at Il lago Racconta has left us with very good memories of this very unspoilt part of Italy.

Very nice region, nice apartment, friendly landlord

We spent a very nice week in Sylvia's apartment and at lake Endine. Very cool! + clean and nice apartment + great view from terrace + centrally located (Bergamo, Milan, Lake Iseo, lots of outdoor and cultural activities) + very beautiful lake with good infrastructure (bathing, pedal boats, canoes, restaurants) + not so crowded of tourists + bar and small grocery shop in walking distance + dog friendly + friendly landlord - kitchen a bit small, no oven. - the most negative experience of this vacation was the website it was booked through (and this is why I am deducting a star) --- next time I will not use homeaway.com/Fewo-direkt.de anymore. I found it very disturbing that for a reservation request credit card details have to be communicated before the availability of the apartment is confirmed. - the description of the apartment in homeaway.com was a bit misleading. It wasn't clear that with one offer, several apartments are offered. We booked the upper part of Syliva's aparments which is the block house seen in the picture. This is good for 4 persons and has a size of approximately 50m2. I understood the description as one apartment with over 100m2 and for potentially more persons. It wasn't clear that this combined two independent apartments. But as mentioned above, we spent a very nice time in Ranzanico and the apartment and we thank Silvia for her kind hospitality.

Großartig!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in spektakulärer Lage über dem See. Grandiose Aussicht auf die umgebenden Berge. Silvia ist ein sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, spricht gut englisch und ist fast jederzeit ansprechbar.

Could have been a nice stay if we hadn´t been left alone with two dogs....

Before booking we read the comments of the other guest - and we have to say, that they are right: it is a nice area and a nice and well equipped house. But a few days before our Arrival we got a message from Silvia, that she wouldn´t be there, because she is on Holiday, a friend of her would receive us. We thought, this wouldn´t be a Problem, but on our a Arrival we heard, that she had left the two big dogs at the house. We tried hard to make the best of this Situation but we didn´t succeed. The Dogs obviously felt lonely, they searched our Company but they also barked at the Children (They barked al lot anyway day and night as soon as somebody passes the fences of the garden), who became more and more afraid of them. The Dogs didn´t react to our commands (no wonder - they don´t understand english or german) and after the first days they also started to enter the flats as soon as we left open a door. They shit in the garden everywhere and although Sivias (very nice) friend came once a day to clean up it happened twice that we stepped in the shit and had a hard Job to get the shoes clean again. But the most anoying Thing happened on the third day: one of the Dogs destroyed a shoe of our son, that he had left in front of the terrace door. As he had bought them for 100 euro of his pocket Money a week ago he was understandable desperated. I wrote via WhatsApp to silvia and here is her Response: "I am truly sorry for this accident and mortified that this happend to your son. However we live in the countryside and it is hard to avoid such a Thing if anything is left outside.. nature! I don´t have a policy that covers for this and don´t know how to help. Genuinely sorry for the inconvinience caused. Kindky accept apologies on our behalf". The next day she sent a new message, that she remembered she had an insurance but she didn´t propose to cover for the costs of the shoes herself but obviously expected we would wait until the insurance would have paid to her. When we cut short the Money we had to pay for the rent to her friend, we received an angry massage of her. All this really overshadowed our Holiday, so that we couldn´t really relax.

PERFETTA

Siamo un gruppo di 10 ragazzi che hanno appena trascorso la settimana di capodanno in questa fantastica casa chalet sul lago di Endine e ne siamo stati tutti molto soddisfatti. Luogo tranquillo, pulito e vista spettacolare, proprietaria molto disponibile, ci ha prestato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno ed è stata sempre disponibile. Oltre ad esserci affezionati a lei e alla casa, sentiamo anche molto la mancanza di Babi e Jonny, i suoi cani che sono stati con noi tutta la vacanza.

Spettacolare

Abbiamo trascorso un week-end bellissimo io e la mia famiglia in un posto veramente incantevole, la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e arredata con molto molto gusto, con vista eccezionale sul lago d'endine. La proprietaria è disponibilissima e sopratutto molto cordiale, difficilmente si incontrano persone cosi. Siamo rimasti contentissimi e sicuramente torneremo per trascorrere qualche periodo più lungo, perchè la location è da incanto. Complimenti e grazie ancora alla proprietaria.

"lorsque nous avons fait la réservation il n''était pas indiqué clairement que le prix ne s''entendait pas pour l''ensemble du chalet d''où une très désagréable surprise quant au prix...Heureusement tout cela fut réglé avant la réservation définitive directement avec la propriétaire. Il est absolument nécessaire que l''annonce soit durablement rectifiée. Sinon tout fut parfait."

"Hi, unsere Woche in Ran...

"Hi, unsere Woche in Ranzanico war einfach großartig. Das Haus ist toll, die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See wunderbar und der Garten riesig groß. Wir wollten eigentlich einige Ausflüge mehr machen, haben aber spontan 2 Tage nur im Haus (eigentlich auf der Terrasse und im Garten) verbracht, da es dort einfach schön und erholsam ist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Neuer TFT-Fernseher, Geschirrspüler, neuer Gasherd, Badewanne und Dusche, etc.. War richtig gut. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Einen Ausflug zum Iseo-See (dort unbedingt auf die Insel) oder nach Mailand/Bergamo sollte man schon machen. Tolle Städte und das mondäne Italien, wie man es sich vorstellt. Verona und Garda-See haben wir nicht geschafft. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Einkaufen kann man im Ort selbst in einem kleinen Supermarkt oder man fährt 20 min zu den größeren Supermärkten Richtung Iseo-See oder Bergamo. Silvia ist nicht eine Vermieterin, sondern eher eine Gastgeberin, die sich um ihre Gäste sorgt. Sie hat uns mit sehr vielen Tipps zum Einkaufen, zum Essen gehen und für Ausflüge versorgt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wir sind schon zum 3. oder 4. Mal bei Silvia. Es war wirklich cool und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns richtig entspannt und erholt. "Deux soucis qui ne nous ...

"Deux soucis qui ne nous ont pas permis de rester dans la location comme convenu : 2 chiens chez la propriétaire qui habite à côté, qui ont aboyé toute la nuit et le fait que la propriétaire n'a pas précisé dans l'annonce que le chalet loué comprenait 2 appartements. Très dommage ce manque de transparence ! car l'endroit est beau."

"Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine dans ce lieu charmant et très reposant, logés avec beaucoup de confort et de goût et tous les équipements. Le jardin est spectaculaire avec une vue sur le Lago d''Endine.La maison principale est habitée par sa propriétaire qui est très accueillante, nous vous saluons chaleureusement Silvia! et notre petite fille se souvient bien de vous et de vos animaux qui nous ont bien tenu compagnie.Superbe adresse pour toutes les saisons (pour la promenade et randonnée c''est très bien).Superbes souvenirs et beaucoup de photos prises sur place car le lieu est très beau. La lavande sent si bon ! Continuez à ravir vos hôtes (qui sont entre de bonnes mains et à la fois tout à fait indépendants)."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour du 30 avril au 6 mai 2011 dans la maison de sylvia qui est vaste, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, magnifiquement bien placée au-dessus du lac d''Endine.De plus, nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis et conseillés par Sylvia la propriétaire des lieux.Nous gardons également un très bon souvenir de ses animaux de compagnie: les 2 chiens Tobby et Johnny, le chat noir (sans nom?) et Bob le lapin.Nous recommandons sans réserve ce lieu de location."

"La location proposée est de grande qualité. Rien ne manque. L''accueil de Madame Metelli est très cordial. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. L''endroit est très reposant. Les deux chiens de la maison sont très gentils (en particulier avec les enfants), quoique un peu bruyants le soir. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent."
