Beautiful villa in a newly and finely redecorated outbuilding of a XVII Th century villa. Positioned in the heart of Tuscany on the beautiful hills surrounding the ancient village of Capalbio, right in the middle of a 64 hectares agricultural estate.
This cozy, sunny duplex villa, housed in a former outbuilding, can accommodate 6/8 people. There is a spacious living room (with a sofa-bed for two people), a fully equipped kitchen-corner: (gas cooker, oven, fridge and freezer), 2 double bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and a laundry room (with washing-machine). Equipments: air conditioning in every room, TV colour, DVD, external frame work with table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue, private garden, private car park (for 2 cars) and private pine forest. Cot available on request (included in the price). Wireless internet connection (no-limits).
Extras:
1) Linen is not included in the price. You can bring your own, or we can provide it for you.
In the latter case, the prices are as follows:
Sheets and pillowcases for the bed + pair of towels (bath towel + face towel) €6 per person per week.
We have decided to do this to allow our guests to save a little money and offer the lowest possible price. We have specified this extra in the description in our advertisement so that guests are informed before booking.
2) An additional single bed (size: 90 x 190 cm) is available on request at a cost of €20 per day. A cot for children under two years of age, complete with safety rails, is also available free of charge on request.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

The villa is located on the farm Poggio Capraio, a 64 hectares estate, in the Tuscan countryside. The place is simply beautiful and quiet, completely immersed in one of the most delightful corners of Tuscany.
It is set among forests of oaks and cypress avenues, and very close to the seacoast. In ten minutes driving you can reach the famous bathing establishment “L’ ultima spiaggia”, popular among public figures and so often mentioned in the tabloids. If you prefer a quiet spot at the same distance is situated the oasis of Burano, a WWF resort; classified first among Italian beaches, for water clarity and preservation of the ecosystem.

What makes this property unique

The first time I saw Poggio Capraio I thought 'I found it!'. I did not know whether to be happy or scared. The place was really beautiful: an eighteenth-century farmhouse on top of a hill overlooking the surrounding hills, forests and the sea. However, the work to be done to restore it to its former glory was so much! Now that it is finished, the villa and garden are perfect and we look forward to sharing them with you. An holiday here is a feast for the eyes and the heart.
